Why are we helping and improving rice production in another country when we can’t even do it in our own??? This entire venture is about Papua New Guinea getting their rice, we only get their “extra” or their scraps.
Papua got the best lands, PH got the knowledge and the experts. Once the target is achieved, both will benefit. Papua will have more than enough rice to supply the needs of their people, then the excess rice will be bought by PH to supply our own people too. Both will benefit. God moves peoples heart and enlightens peoples mind and come up with a perfect collaboration. To God be the glory.

Magnifico Filipino politico! Great venture sir. I was also contemplating what if Vietnam or Thailand shut down their rice exports to the Philippines. It is better this way than sorry later. If possible we gonna experiment some veges too.
take your small brain out and check whats wrong for being immature! you're spewing arrogance as if you can handle thing as what sec pinol capable of doing. you want to fix broken and dried up irrigation in Philippines then do your part.

that is the kind of secretary of Agriculture we want to have. he is not afraid to taste raw okra. it is better if they are harvesting it while it is not that big in Saudi they preferred to cook small okra and the more you harvest it the more it will have more fruits to come out

by Harvey Jacobson, CHFC, MBA, CLU.
Investors who have remained consistent with their risk profiles through volatile markets have seen a substantial recovery in their portfolios since March 2009.
