How To Rebuild Search Index In Windows 10 - Increase Search Speed

03:04
This tutorial will show you how to rebuild Windows 10's Search Index to increase the performance and speed of searches on your computer Indexing the files on your computer enables Windows to perform very fast searches in the locations where the files have been indexed. Microsoft Windows includes powerful system-wide search functionality that lets users quickly find files and other data via a Start Menu or Start Screen search. By default, Windows Search will index certain common locations on your drive, such as the User folder, Outlook Messages, and Internet Explorer browsing history. If Windows Search stops working for you and no longer returns search results for files that you know exist, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue. Here’s how to fix Windows Search issues in all versions of Windows from 7 to 10. First, head to the Control Panel and find the section labeled Indexing Options. If you’re not facing a total malfunction of Windows Search capabilities, you can quickly jump to Indexing Options directly by searching for it from the Start Menu (Windows 7 and Windows 10) or the Start Screen (Windows 8 and 8.1). This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops, and tablets running the Windows 10 operating system (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba,Lenovo, and Samsung).

Web Server: Enable Directory Listing / Directory Browsing with .htaccess & create files with no name

04:39
Web Servers hide the contents of folders by default. If there’s no index.html or index.php file, it will show a "403 Forbidden" error. That means that the folder exists, but you don’t have access to it. Different from a "404 Not Found" error, meaning no such folder exists. If you want to see the files inside all folders, you need to put this .htaccess file in the directory you want to enable Download htaccess zip http://www.mediafire.com/download/qm398c6l99xl8o8/htaccess+File+Inside.zip UnZip it and it should work. (This is if you’re having trouble creating files with no name, only an extension) ➤Create .htaccess file -Open notepad (or other text editor) -Save a blank file called ".htaccess" (no filename just an extension) -Make sure you change the "Save as Type" dropdown from "Text Document *.txt" to "All files" -Use ftp software to copy the .htaccess file to your web server -You might need to "Show hidden files" in order to see it ➤Configuring htaccess ➨"Options +Indexes" -Adding this enables the list of files in the folder -Capitalization doesn’t matter -You can comment out lines with a hashtag/number sign (#) ➨"IndexOptions FancyIndexing" -This changes the display ➨"Options -Indexes" -this hides the listings. Add a new .htaccess file in a subfolder to disable directory listing in that folder and keep it active in the containing folder ➨"DirectoryIndex 1.txt" -This sets the default page to load instead of index.html or index.php (as long as 1.txt exists) ➨"IndexIgnore *.txt *.doc" -This excludes any files with the extension txt & doc from the list -They’re still accessible by direct URL, but just won’t show up if directory listing is enabled More Detailed video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hsaaVCB55dQ

Installing and Configuring Web Server in Linux -Step by Step Method

59:11
Apache is the Web Server most frequently used on the Internet today. This tutorial covers its installation and and configuration in Red Hat Linux 6.0 and 7.0. The CD-ROM distribution includes an Apache package, but you can also download Apache for free. • Installing Apache Mount the CD-ROM 1 and install the package for apache. The package will automatically create all the directories for you besides installing the software. The document root will be placed in /home/httpd in 6.0 and in /var/www in 7.0. The server root will be located in /etc/httpd. The path to the apache program will be /usr/sbin/httpd. • Configuring Apache in 6.0 Apache comes with the three configuration files mentioned above already with basic configuration information. Your job will be to tailor these configuration files to your needs. In this tutorial we will only deal with some basic features you need or may be interested in adding to your Web server. 1. httpd.conf: this is the configuration file related to the server in itself. Open the file httpd.conf in Kedit or any other text editor like Pico or Emacs. You are supposed to find the line ServerNameand enter the FQDN of your machine, and also find the line ServerAdmin and enter your e-mail address. The server comes configured to run in standalone mode, to listen in port 80, with user and group nobody privileges (low level of permissions for security reasons), and you don't need to change these options. 2. access.conf: this is the configuration file related to access to directories and services in the Web server. Again, open the file access.conf in a text editor. Look for the section that starts with and look for the Options line and change it to allow Server Side Includes, but disabling scripts to be run from a Web page, as follows: Options Indexes Includes FollowSymLinks IncludesNOEXEC. This will allow the dynamic dating of your changes, the dynamic display of time and date in your pages, but will prevent scripts to be run outside of your cgi-bin directory. For example, will be displayed as Saturday July 22, 2017 -- 01:59 PM As an additional security measure you may also change the section starting with so that the Options line be commented out as follows: # Options ExecCGI. This will not prevent you to run CGI programs in cgi-bin, but rather it will prevent the command exec to be used even in the cgi-bin directory. 3. srm.conf: this is the configuration file related to the location of the document root, directory infornation formatting, user directories, etc. Once more, open the file srm.conf in a text editor. If you want to change the location of the document root, look for the line DocumentRoot /home/httpd/html and change it to a new location, but do not forget to move its three sub-directories (html, cgi-bin and icons) to the new location, but there is no need for it. You may wish, however, to change the default user Web directory to www . Look for the line UserDir and change it to UserDir www . Files placed in the user accounts in this directory are displayed in the web when /~username is used after the server name (e.g. ubmail.ubalt.edu/~abento). You may also want to add index.htm to the list of files that may be index files to a Web directory. In order to do so, look for the line DirectoryIndex and change it to DirectoryIndex index.html index.shtml index.htm Check that your cgi-bin directory is properly identified as follows: ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/httpd/cgi-bin/ . If you moved your document root path change this line accordingly. If you want your CGI script files to be identified with .cgi be sure that the line AddHandler cgi-script .cgi is not commented out (market with in * in front). To complete the installation of server side includes be sure that the following two lines are present: AddType text/html .shtml AddHandler server-parsed .shtml Finally, to make your Web server support image maps be sure that the following line exists: AddHandler imap-file map • Configuring Apache in 7.0 Apache in 7.0 comes with the same three configuration files, but only httpd.conf needs to be configured, changed, by you. The other two are considered obsolete and should not be changed.

How to Trade the German Dax (Germany 30 Index) 👍

15:56
● Trading the German DAX 30. http://www.financial-spread-betting.com/indices/spread-bet-dax-30.html ● You can trade the Dax at Ayondo http://www.financial-spread-betting.com/spreadbetting/Ayondo-compare.html ✔ Please like the video and comment if you enjoyed - it helps a lot! The DAX 30 represents the top 30 biggest listed companies in Germany [DAX Deutscher Aktienindex]. The DAX started trading in 1987 at a level of 1000 and hit 12888.95 in June 2017. The DAX index itself is market weighted - the higher the market cap of the company the more weighting its going to have on the index. The DAX or Germany 30 as it is sometimes referred to can be quite volatile. The DAX is obviously susceptible to EU data and the EURO. Constituents include Siemens, Bayer, SAP, BASF, Allianz, Daimler, Deutsche Telekom, Adidas, Fresenius, Deutsche Post, Linde and Munich Re. The Germany is somewhat correlated to other European indices like the FTSE 100 although its probably more volatile. With that kind of volatility you also get opportunities.

mysql tutorial for beginners (6/8) : Indexes

05:48
mysql tutorial for beginners (6/8) : Indexes As things stand, the table students works and can be searched without problem by MySQL—until it grows to more than a couple of hundred rows, At that point, database accesses will get slower and slower with every new row added, because MySQL has to search through every row whenever a query is issued. This is like searching through every book in a library whenever you need to look something up. Of course, you don’t have to search libraries that way, because they have either a card index system or, most likely, a database of their own. The way to achieve fast searches is to add an index, either when creating a table or at any time afterward. But the decision is not so simple. For example, there are different index types such as a regular INDEX, PRIMARY KEY, and FULLTEXT. Also, you must decide which columns require an index, a judgment that requires you to predict whether you will be searching any of the data in that column. And even when you’ve decided that, you still have the option of reducing index size by limiting the amount of each column to be indexed. If we imagine the searches that may be made on the students table, it becomes apparent that all of the columns may need to be searched. Anyway, go ahead and add an index to each of the columns, using the commands: ALTER TABLE students ADD INDEX(name(3)); An alternative to using ALTER TABLE to add an index is to use the CREATE INDEX command. They are equivalent, except that CREATE INDEX cannot be used for creating a PRIMARY KEY CREATE INDEX surname ON students (surname(5)); DESCRIBE students; These commands create indexes on both the name and surname columns, limiting name index to only the first 3 characters, and surname index to the first 5 characters. For instance, when MySQL indexes the following name: SAFAA It will actually store in the index only the first 3 characters: SAF This is done to minimize the size of the index, and to optimize database access speed. DESCRIBE command shows the key MUL for each column. This key means that multiple occurrences of a value may occur within that column, which is exactly what we want, as name or surname may appear many times. You don’t have to wait, until after creating a table to add indexes. In fact, doing so can be time-consuming, as adding an index to a large table can take a very long time. Therefore, let’s look at a command that creates the table students with indexes already in place. CREATE TABLE students ( Id_studnet SMALLINT UNSIGNED NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT, name VARCHAR(10) NOT NULL, surname VARCHAR(20) NOT NULL, email VARCHAR(30) NOT NULL, INDEX(name(3)), INDEX(surname(5)), ,PRIMARY KEY(id_studnet),UNIQUE(email)); Another important index, PK, its single unique key for each student to enable instant accessing of a row. The importance of having a key with a unique value for each row will come up when we start to combine data from different tables. You can add PK, while you create the table at the first time, or later by issuing the following command: ALTER TABLE students ADD PRIMARY KEY(id_student); The last important index, FULLTEXT index Unlike a regular index, MySQL’s FULLTEXT allows super-fast searches of entire columns of text. It stores every word in every data string in a special index that you can search using “natural language,” in a similar manner to using a search engine. It’s not strictly true that MySQL stores all the words in a FULLTEXT index, because it has a built-in list of more than 500 words that it chooses to ignore because they are so common that they aren’t very helpful for searching anyway. This list, called stopwords, includes the, as, is, of, and so on. The list helps MySQL run much more quickly when performing a FULLTEXT search and keeps database sizes down. FULLTEXT indexes can be created for CHAR, VARCHAR, and TEXT columns only. A FULLTEXT index definition can be given in the CREATE TABLE statement when a table is created, or added later using ALTER TABLE (or CREATE INDEX). Adding a FULLTEXT index to the table students for the columns name and surname ALTER TABLE classics ADD FULLTEXT(name, surname); this index is in addition to the ones already created and does not affect them You can now perform FULLTEXT searches across this pair of columns. If you find that MySQL is running slower than you think it should be when accessing your database, the problem is usually related to your indexes. Either you don’t have an index where you need one, or the indexes are not optimally designed. Tweaking a table’s indexes will often solve such a problem. In the next tutorial, we will learn about, using FOREIGN KEY Constraints and how to join tables together. Trading Weekly Options

03:25
http://www.Options-Trading-Education.com - Trading Weekly Options Trading Weekly Options Trading weekly options offers the trader a variety of short term stock and index opportunities. As of September 21, 2011 the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) lists 81 stocks and funds available for trading weekly options. These include thirty different classes of options including indexes. Weekly options are listed on Thursdays and expire on Friday of the following week. Trading weekly options allows traders to take advantage of specific trading possibilities such as those generated by earnings upcoming reports as well as US government and Federal Reserve announcements. An exception to the weekly options schedule is that no weeklies are listed that would otherwise expire during the expiration week for regular options (the third Friday of each month). Popular weekly options include the following cash settled index options: S&P 100 Index (American style) - OEX S&P 100 Index (European style) - XEO S&P 500 Index - SPX Dow Jones Industrial Average - DJX Index Nasdaq-100 Index - NDX Russell 2000 Index -- RUT Those interested in trading bank stock options as weeklies can trade CitiGroup - C or Bank of America Corp - BAC. Available options for trading the energy sector include EXXON - XOM and British Petroleum - BP and ETF's United States Oil Fund - USO, United States Natural Gas Fund - UNG and Energy Sector SPDR - XLE. A current stock of interest, Boeing - BA, is not available for weekly options trading. However, its fortunes are more greatly tied to long term results than short term market movement. Trading weekly options requires a precise and short term focus. This is not a business of finding a forgotten out of the money stock option, doing sound fundamental analysis on the stock, buying at a very low price and profiting three months later when ones fundamental and technical analysis pays off. Trading weekly options relies more on technical analysis of the underlying equity itself and on the market in general. The value of trading weekly options instead of buying or selling the stocks or index funds involved is that one's losses are limited to the price paid for puts or calls on the options contract. Traders commonly use a combination of a short and long options strategy. They commonly trade both buy and sell puts and calls. They receive a premium for selling calls or puts on a stock while paying for the purchase of calls or puts. The rational is to limit the investment cost and especially the risk of loss when selling calls or puts. The short term focus of trading weekly options requires that traders stay absolutely current on news affecting the equities underlying the options that they are trading. Traders will often not wait for the contract to expire and commonly will not execute the options contract. Rather in trading weekly options the trader may simply execute the opposite trade in order to exit his options positions, hopefully pocketing his money in the process. As always a successful options trading strategy in trading weekly options, like all options, include a clear view of fundamentals and up to the second technical analysis. And, as always we are not recommending the options listed above or advising against them but merely hoping to provide a bit of insight and options trading education. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IgmSPDzWo34

SQL Index - Compare a clustered index vs a non clustered index

09:54
http://sqlserver2008tutorial.com/ In this video training, we compare SQL indexes -- clustered index vs. non clustered index. In SQL server you can have one clustered index whereas you can have many non clustered index is. Using SQL Server Profiler and MS SQL Execution plans, we compare the clustered index and the nonclustered index. In this demo we show you how to create a clustered and non-clustered index using SSMS. Using different parameters like CPU, Number of Page Reads and Duration in msec, we come to a conclusion that the best option is to use a clustered index. Finally we go over index management and index fragmentation. We illustrate ALTER TABLE commands with Index Rebuild or Index Reorg. Other topics that we cover include a table scan; clustered index scan and an index seek.

Index Mutual Funds, ETFs, Annuities & Life Insurance - Steve Savant’s Money – Part 5 of 5

10:40
Sub Headline: There’s a Variety of Ways to Participate in Index Investments Synopsis: One reason for the popularity of index- based funds is that they tend to cost investors less than actively managed funds. That’s because index-based fund portfolios are determined by the relevant indexes, and not by professional managers. Watch part 5 Index Mutual Funds, ETFs Options; Annuities & Life Insurance from the series Index Investing with syndicated financial columnist and talk show host Steve Savant. Content: Each index fund’s prospectus explains its approach to selecting investments,as well as providing its expense ratio, historical returns, risk profile, and other fund information. Most index funds are full replication funds. That means they buy all of the securities in the funds they track. Others are sample-based. Providers of these funds may use complex mathematical models to identify securities from among those in the index or look for price inconsistencies on which they can capitalize. An enhanced index fund chooses selectively from a particular index portfolio in order to produce a slightly higher return. The goal is to narrowly beat the index by anywhere from a fraction of a percent to two percent-age points but not more, since a wider spread would classify the enhanced fund as an actively managed mutual fund rather than an index fund. Enhanced index fund managers may achieve higher returns by identifyingthe undervalued stocks in the index, adjusting the holdings to include a larger proportion of securities in higher- performing sectors, or using other investment strategies, such as buying derivatives or using leverage. While enhanced index funds may expose you to the risk of greater losses than their plain-vanilla counterparts, they may also offer an opportunity for higher returns. Quant funds are named for their quantitative investment style. They aim to beat the index funds they imitate by relying solely on statistical analysis to decide which securities will top the benchmarks. For example, instead of buying all the stocks in the S&P 500, a quant fund provider would buy selected stocks that its analyses indicate will turn a higher profit. But no indexing approach guarantees a strong return or protects against losses in a falling market. The vast majority of ETFs are index- based, which means that the ETF port- folio is determined by the components of the particular index to which the fund is linked. For example, the first commercial ETF, the SPDR—short for Standard & Poor’s Depository Receipts and pronounced “spider”—holds all the stocks in the S&P 500. ETFs are fully transparent, which means you can find the current list of securities an ETF holds on the fund provider’s website at any time. In con- trast, actively managed mutual funds update their list of holdings quarterly but aren’t required to report any portfo- lio changes that occur within a quarter. Introduction to Binary Options - Nadex

00:31
Binary options are a simple way to make a true or false prediction about the movement of a market. For example, if you think the price of gold will be higher by 1:30pm today, you can make a trade to reflect that. You will either be right and make money, or wrong, and lose some. Binary options always settle at either 0 or 100, with the contract price reflecting how likely the market sees the event as happening. Traders can close their trade early to lock in gains or prevent additional losses, and potential profits and losses are always known. Success in Trading Stock Indexes

05:53
http://profitabletradingtips.com/trading-investing/success-in-trading-stock-indexes Success in Trading Stock Indexes By www.ProfitableTradingTips.com Success in trading stock indexes depends upon choice of index, fundamental analysis of the market sector or economy that the index represents and attention to market sentiment. Here is a brief overview of the business of trading stock indexes. Our goal is to help the trader devise a trading system that leads to success in trading stock indexes and helps avoid simply trying to outguess the market. What the Stock Index Contains There are a wide variety of stock indexes. There are stock indexes that include stocks from all parts of the world or selected parts of the world, and there are stock indexes that include only stocks from a given nation. Stock indexes such as the Standard and Poor's 500, the Nikkei 225, the RTSI, the SENSEX, and the FTSE 100, represent large cap companies in the USA, Japan, Russia, India, and the United Kingdom, respectively. There are stock indexes that represent individual sectors of the stock market. For example, The Morgan Stanley Biotech Index represents thirty-six US stocks in the biotech sector while the Wilshire US REIT index represents more than eighty REIT's or real estate investment trusts. If you are trading the Russell 2000 you are trading an index that represents the bottom two thousand stocks in the Russell 3000 index. These are mid and small cap stocks with market caps of usually no more than a billion and a half dollars. What Drives the Constituents of the Stock Index To a degree all stock indexes are driven by the economy. However, large indexes such as the Standard and Poor's 500, the Nikkei 225, the RTSI, the SENSEX, and the FTSE 100 typically rise as fall with the national or global economy. If you are trading the SPY, the SPDR exchange traded fund that tracks the Standard and Poor's 500 you will expect to see a rise in the index when news from Europe implies a resolution of the debt dilemma or when US employment figures are improving. You will expect to see a fall in the S&P 500 and the SPY when trade figures for the USA show increasing red ink or when congress is unable, again, to deal with an extension of the US debt ceiling. Many traders who follow events in Europe, for example, find as much success in trading stock indexes as in trading the Euro. When to Buy and When to Sell a Stock Index Success in trading stock indexes depends upon a clear view of the fundamentals of nation or market sector represented by the individual stock index. Success in trading stock indexes also depends upon accurate and up to date technical analysis of emerging market sentiment. How to Trade a Stock Index Traders keep an eye on general economic indicators and/or factors that drive a given market sector in order to obtain success in trading stock indexes. In addition, traders follow the big companies in any given sector. These indexes are representative of a basket of stocks. The index tracks the collective movement of stocks in the index and is a means of diversification. However, if one really large cap stock like Exxon Mobil or Chevron takes a big hit the index will adjust accordingly and rapidly. Having a clear idea about just what is happening to the individual components of the index is a clear path to success in trading stock indexes. Options trading often focuses on stock indexes. How to profit from stock option trades of indexes is commonly to follow market sentiment with technical analysis tools and scalp profits from incremental moves in the market. With options trading one reduces investment risk down to the price of an options contract and enjoys a degree of leverage, depending upon contact price. Protect the wp-includes directory on your server

08:27
http://www.byobwebsite.com/answers/protect-the-wp-includes-directory-on-your-server/ To prevent someone from viewing the indexes you have, in particular the wp-includes directory, you need to edit the htaccess file. We show you how to go through the process in this video. The code used comes from the website www.splashnology.com/blog/wordpress/921.html. Video Transcript Oh protect directories on your server. And so, I guess this is it here. And so if we look at this yoursite.com/wp-includes, so if we do this... say wp-includes. So here we have in the wp-includes folder, the entire list of all of the files in our wp-includes. I wonder if the same thing happens with wp-content. It does not happen with wp-content but it certainly does with wp-includes. It's not going to be in wp-admin because that takes us directly to our login. So wp-includes is the one that's affected by this. And if we come back over to... okay, we can get out of that and that and log out of there. And then, so what this is saying is that in order to prevent somebody viewing the contents or indexes, what we'll do is we add this to our htaccess file -- so solution, edit the access file again. Okay, so copy this and I gotta log in again. It was just Firefox having problems. So now what we're doing is we are going to open up the htaccess file for banner1 and so we'll go back to file manager and banner1 and scroll down here to our htaccess, slide it there at the top or down at the very bottom. Isn't that interesting? So I don't have an htaccess set up in this directory unless I'm missing it here. No, it doesn't appear as if I do have one in this directory so I could create one. Let's go all the way to the root. So up one level, all the way to the root and see if I will find my htaccess file here...you know what, I think this is actually preventing...this isn't letting me see the htaccess file in this file manager. So I guess we have to do it from Filezilla. Okay, so if we go to banner1, actually let's just do it like in estore10. And let's see... got in WordPress and then look for HT access file here. HT access and then the root to this, okay. So now in this case, so this was estore10 so here if instead we go to www.estore10.byobtutorial.com/wp-includes okay so this also displays all that stuff. So what we want to do is make it so it doesn't display that, we go back to Filezilla and we open it. Actually, that's not readable. Open it up in NetBeans instead. So while waiting for this to pop up, actually... okay so are we live now? Almost. What we're going to do is we're just going to edit this and add that line to it. So file, open file... websites. And then Tailoring the Web, no. It's byobwebsite, tutorial sites, estore10, WordPress... there's the htaccess file. Okay, and so what he wants us to add to this is this Options All -- Indexes so we'll go back to that and just after WordPress, Options All -- Index... we save that. We upload it and go ahead and overwrite and we come back over to the site and we refresh it. And now it doesn't let you in. So that's a way of hiding these directory listings. You know, I don't really know how easy it is to exploit that but it is... but this is a solution to it. And so once again, I want to say this is at www.splashnology.com/blog/wordpress/921.html.

Hyperwave Channel by Lucid Investment Strategies Co-hosted by D. Tyler Jenks and Leah Wald Bitcoin: 31qBca9jRFfux1Qsum9Ekp95MBSgCEWxt6 D. Tyler Jenks, the President, and CIO of Lucid Investment Strategies LLC developed the proprietary technical system of Hyperwave. After 40 years as an investment manager, he discovered over 300 examples of Hyperwaves within various asset classes; stocks, bonds, commodities, indexes, and cryptocurrencies. Through careful study, he invented and developed the Hyperwave Theory, which is a technical tool to analyze the Hyperwaves and determine price movements. Tyler believes that Bitcoin is currently in a Hyperwave and through these vlogs, he will educate, elucidate and explain the techniques needed to understand this powerful tool. Tyler has managed billions of dollars for Institutional Investors, Pension Funds, Hedge Funds and individual clients. He received his MBA from the University of Hawaii in 1975 and has been involved in the financial markets ever since. His background in technical analysis includes all the major techniques including a number of proprietary systems he and others created and designed. Tyler believes that Hyperwaves occur when there is a momentous shift taking place in the macroeconomic environment. Hyperwaves were formed as the world entered the Great Depression when Bretton Woods was scuttled with the US going off the gold standard in 1971, when Japan rose to world economic prominence in the 1970s and 80s, when the Nasdaq was powered by the dot-com bubble and now, with the introduction of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. Amazingly, Tyler believes this newest Hyperwave could be the most significant he has ever studied. Prevent Directory Browsing On Your WordPress - Hackers Love Directory Browsing | WP Learning Lab

Grab Your Free 17-Point WordPress Pre-Launch PDF Checklist: http://vid.io/xqRL Download our exclusive 10-Point WP Hardening Checklist: http://bit.ly/10point-wordpress-hardening-checklist Prevent Directory Browsing On Your WordPress - Hackers Love Directory Browsing | WP Learning Lab # BEGIN Directory Browsing Block Options -Indexes # END Directory Browsing Block In this tutorial I show you how to stop hackers from seeing which plugins and themes you have installed on your WordPress site. When hackers know what you have installed they also know what vulnerabilities you have on your site. That makes it easier for them to hack your site. So for your WordPress security make sure you stop directory browsing. So let's put that code into your .htaccess file. First login into your hosting account cPanel. Then find and click on the File Manager icon and choose the Document Root for the website that you are hardening. This will open the root of the website in another tab. You can also log into the website root using FTP if you are more comfortable with that. If you do not see a .htaccess in the website right then you can make one by clicking Add New File in the File Manager or right-clicking and choosing Create New File via FTP. Open the .htaccess file and paste the code from above into it. There is no need to make adjustments to the code. Once pasted in just save the file and you're done. This is an easy way to begin hardening your WordPress site. I hope this information helps you! Forex Options Volatility Index

04:50
http://www.forexconspiracyreport.com/forex-options-volatility-index/ Forex Options Volatility Index By www.ForexConspiracyReport.com A useful tool for stock trades is the VIX index. Is there also a Forex options volatility index? VIX is a trademarked ticker symbol for the Chicago Board Options Exchange Market Volatility Index. This index is a popular measure of the implied volatility of S&P 500 index options. The VIX is commonly called the fear index or the fear gauge. It measures traders’ expectations of stock market volatility over the coming 30 days. Many stock traders include this index in their market assessment and trade more profitably than without it. The closest thing to a Forex options volatility index also comes from the Chicago Board Options Exchange. It is the CBOE EuroCurrency ETF Volatility Index. What exactly is this Forex options volatility index and how does it help traders? CBOE EuroCurrency ETF Volatility Index According to the CBOE, the CBOE Eurocurrency volatility index measures the market's expectation of 30-day volatility of the $US/Euro exchange rate by applying the VIX methodology to options on the CurrencyShares Euro Trust (Ticker - FXE). Like other VIX benchmarks, EVZ uses options spanning a wide range of strike prices. FXE is an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that holds Euro on-demand deposits in Euro-denominated bank accounts. As such, the performance of FXE is intended to reflect the $US/Euro exchange rate, less fund expenses. Thus the Forex options volatility index that can be applied to trading the USD/EUR currency pair is the CBOE EuroCurrency ETF Volatility Index, So, what does a volatility index really tell us? Volatility Indexes According to Investopedia a CBOE volatility index provides a view of investors' expectations on future market volatility. VIX values greater than 30 are generally associated with a large amount of volatility as a result of investor fear or uncertainty, while values below 20 generally correspond to less stressful, even complacent, times in the markets. In short a high VIX number predicts a volatile market and a low VIX number predicts a tranquil market. The Forex options volatility index, CBOE Eurocurrency volatility index, for the USD/EUR pair applies to trading the US dollar versus the Euro. Forex Market Signals A VIX index is a signal. It does not tell us if the market is going up or down. It tells us that a lot of traders are uncertain. A comparable Forex trading signal is the Doji signal in the Japanese Candlestick system. The Doji Candlestick signals a change in a trend and momentary market indecision as this switch occurs. The appearance of a Doji after a long uptrend is a warning to investors that the trend is either close to peaking, or has already peaked in the open markets. On the other hand, after a long downtrend the exact opposite is true and prices have been forced down. There are four types of Doji candlesticks that investors must learn before day trading stock online using Japanese candlesticks. These four types include the common Doji, the long-legged, the dragonfly, and the gravestone. Signals such as the Forex options volatility index for the USD/EUR pair give the trader a clue as to coming market changes. They should never be used alone but in concert with sound fundamental analysis of the currency pair and up to the minute analysis of market sentiment. http://youtu.be/9LVWR9Nrk4w
