Sadhguru explains that what the body needs is rest, and not necessarily sleep. If the body is at ease while you are awake, the sleep quota will go down. He also looks at how the quality of sleep is connected to the quality of life. If you wake up well, you will sleep well he says. **************************************** Transcript: http://isha.sadhguru.org/blog/video/how-to-reduce-sleep-quota-and-increase-sleep-quality/ Questioner: No, no, I want more actually. About compulsions and evening person and morning person, I was wondering how can I decrease my hours of sleep and how can I improve my sleep quality? Sadhguru: You want to increase the quality of your sleep means you want to reduce the quantity, is that what you’re saying? Questioner: Yeah somehow both; my need for hours I want to decrease and I want to improve the quality. Thank you. Sadhguru: Okay. See, sleep is not a requirement in one’s life. What the body requires is rest. Sleep is just one form of rest. Lot of people are beginning to think… in Tamil Nadu if somebody says, ‘He is resting,’ means they’re sleeping. (Laughter) Need not be. You can sit and rest, isn’t it? Yes? You can stand and also rest. You’re running – if you stand, doesn’t it feel like rest? You’re standing, if you sit down, doesn’t it feel like rest? There are many ways of resting. The most important thing is rest means you’re changing the energy equation where consumption is lowered, production is going on at the same pace. So after a period of time, you feel rejuvenated because consumption has been lowered. Essentially you’re managing the energy equation. If you’re on acute activity, the consumption is more; whatever you’re producing it’s not enough, after some time you feel exhausted because the consumption has been heavy. If you lower the consumption and increase the production, after sometime you feel energized. Suppose you’re running, if you run a mile, after that you can’t take another step, let’s say. Oh, many of you have been running for Isha marathons, Isha Vidya marathons, forty, forty-two kilometers, all right, whenever – after a mile or two you can’t take another step, don’t eat anything, don’t drink anything, just sit down for ten minutes, again you’re fine, rejuvenated, isn’t it? All you have done is lowered the consumption, production is still at the same level. An “all-in-one” formula for instantly increasing your energy levels and improving memory: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/EnergyBooster Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/EnergyDrinksCanKillYou References 1. http://www.smithsonianmag.com/smart-news/want-live-longer-dont-sleep-so-much-180954743/ ======================================= 🛏️ How To Sleep Less, Have More Energy & Live Longer ======================================= Today I’m going to reveal how you can sleep less, have more energy and live longer. I’ll also give you 10 specific ways you can get a more restful sleep, in less time… Most of my life, I’ve been a “bad” sleeper. I’m super sensitive to sound and light. My brain is always “on” … And I’ve been like this my entire life. Luckily, I don’t need much sleep. In fact, most of life I’ve only needed about 6 hours asleep. And if I really optimized my nutrition, exercise, supplements and hormones, I needed even LESS sleep. And the thing is, I wake up feeling pretty good and energized. I’ve never needed an alarm. And if I did get little tired in the middle of the day, I’d take a quick 15-30 min nap and that’s all I needed to be back to 100% energy. However, something in the back of my mind would keep saying “this isn’t healthy, you *should* be sleeping at least 7-8 hour a day, or more!” So, I was always obsessed about sleeping more because I thought it was “good” for me, even though I really never needed it. I thought my lack of sleep was probably aging me more. However, the opposite is true. Research shows that people who sleep “more”, actually die sooner than those who sleep less! Recently there was an analysis of 16 separate sleep studies covering more than 1.1 million people. What was discovered is that 30% of people who slept more than 8 hours a night, died earlier, than those who slept 6 hours.1 And there have been other similar studies stating that sleeping 8 hours or more is worse for your health because of a variety of reasons -- such as an increase in inflammation, lack of movement, change in hormones, etc. Okay, great… so sleeping less is good. But what do you do when you NEED more sleep? When you can’t seem to function on only 6 hours? When you have such a hard time getting out of bed in the morning? Well, Arnold Schwarzenegger jokes about this and says, “sleep faster”. However, the real question is why do some people need more sleep than others? And how can you sleep less and have even more energy? Well, the real reason is that healthy people need less sleep. When your body is healthy, it’s “fixing” everything in less time, you’re more efficient and you have better QUALITY of sleep. Unless you’re growing and you’re below the age of 20, you don’t need as much sleep. When you’re not healthy, your body is slow to recover because your body is either lacking in nutrients or your hormones aren’t optimized. OR You’re doing the wrong things -- like eating the wrong foods, not exercising, going to bed late and throwing off your circadian rhythm and so forth. So what you want to do is optimize your health, so you can repair and recover quicker at night and thus, get BETTER QUALITY of sleep. Let me give you the 10 tips that have made the biggest improvements in my sleep and energy levels. So, let’s first start with your sleeping habits as you get ready for bed. Stop using all electronic devices, or least DIM the light on everything. I wear “blue blocker” glasses about 30-60 minutes before bed. Blue light keeps you awake. Don’t take sleeping pills or drugs. You may sleep longer, but the quality is less. Not to mention they cause long-term memory loss and dementia. Try to get to bed by 10pm and especially before midnight. This is when your hormones are optimized for sleep. Make sure your room is dark and preferably around 68 degrees. Cooler helps you sleep better. I wear eyeshades and ear plugs. Before going to bed, journal or write down what you’ve learned today and what you’re grateful for. If you don’t want to write it, at least think about it and FEEL it. When you get up in the morning, go have 2 big glasses of water and take a total-body energy solution called Body Brain Energy. This formula gives your mind and body the exact nutrients it needs to maximize your energy levels - physically and mentally. Exercise daily, preferably earlier in the day. Most of us don’t move enough or at all. Eat less animal proteins because they slow down your repair. Make sure you get some sunlight daily. Don’t obsess over your sleep. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. ✅The best jobs no longer go to the best candidates. Times have changed. They now go to the people with the best strategies. We transformed over 5,000 careers. Join me at LIG and let me show you how yours will be the next career transformed; https://goo.gl/chwjpr Welcome to this week's episode where I make project management simple for you. To make it applicable to the majority of the audience, I am teaching Project Management Institute's (PMI) project management framework. ________________________________________________ Textbooks and frameworks are always boring. So, to make project management more interesting for you, I ran a project to demonstrate what steps to take and when. You won't regret spending 50 minutes to learn the basics of a wonderful practice called project management. You can also download all the templates I used in the session here (no need to register); https://thecareermastery.com/career-tips/project-management-simplified/ Although I strongly recommend you watch the entire session without skipping, for those of you who are just looking for snippets of information, you may find below the index of the video; 03:03 What is a project, program, and portfolio and how are they different from operations? 04:08 Project = Project Life Cycle + Project Management Process 04:43 Project Life Cycle 06:52 Process Groups 09:27 LIG, PMP certification or CAPM certification, which one is right for you? It definitely has a sexy tone to it right? Project… I just love the way it sounds. I wonder how cool it must sound in French. Proje… Well, project is a temporary endeavor to create a unique solution. Yeah that’s operations. No Well, the difference between a project and operations is fairly simple. A project ends. So, it’s temporary. You implement your project, you close it, you create a unique product/service/ or whatever outcome you wanted then you are done. Whereas in operations, it’s on-going and repetitive. You may have also heard about the terms program and portfolio. Let me just quickly explain them here. Program is multiple projects put together. Combined. And Portfolio is similarly. Multiple programs put together. So, it’s project, program, portfolio. Now before I go further, and dive deep. You need to understand something crucial. To run any project, you need 2 methodologies. The first one is a project life cycle and the second one is project management process. Most people confuse these 2. And if these are not clear, you can kiss the PMP certification goodbye. It’s absolutely amazing how many content creators in YouTube confuse these two. They are not interchangeable. You cannot afford to confuse a project life cycle with a project management process. Don’t worry I am going to make it very simple for you. Let’s start with Project Life Cycle. Project Life Cycle is unique to a project, to an industry, to your needs. It’s highly customizable. Think of it like this; a human development is a project. So, your life cycle is; 1) Conceiving 2) Birth 3) Childhood 4) Teenage hood. Teenage hood. Is that a word? Teenaging? 5) Adulthood 6) And death Easy stuff right? So, now if it was an IT project. I am not an IT but it would like something like this; High-level design Detailed Design Coding Testing Installation And Turnover This is project life cycle. The term cycle is a bit confusing here. I think. But who knows. This video covers; project management project management institute pmp project management professional certification project life cycle project management PMI managing a project project management fundamentals fundamentals of project management project management for beginners project management course

In this eye-opening new video from IPEtv, Marc David, founder of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, shares a whole new perspective on control. We spend 1/3rd of our life asleep, which suggests it is doing something very important. But, what is all of this for? And why does every animal species appear to need sleep? Based on the latest neuroscientific research Penny Lewis shows why sleep is thought to be critical for combining and restructuring memories, and thus to form the basis of creativity. Penny (Penelope) Lewis is a neuroscientist at the University of Manchester, where she runs the Neuroscience and Psychology of Sleep (NaPS) lab. Her research investigates the role of sleep in strengthening and altering memories and the ways people can use this to their advantage. She is the author of The Secret World of Sleep, which has sold around 10,000 copies, and has written for a variety of popular science publications, including New Scientist, Scientific American and BBC Focus. Tony Robbins: Control Your THINKING (Tony Robbins motivation) The quality of your life is largely determined by the quality of the mental states you live in day to day – states like love, anger, happiness, fear and excitement. There are two main ways to control your state of mind. Either by controlling the way you use your physical body, or by controlling your focus of attention and the way you interpret it. What happens in your life does not determine how you feel. How you feel is only the result of how you are using your own mind and body at any moment. No matter what happens in your life, you are in control of your own state of mind. Make sure to use that ability to put yourself in a state that is appropriate for what you want to achieve. In most cases, would it not be nice to be in a highly positive mood most of the time? People in our society often turn to external means such as food, alcohol, cigarettes or drugs to elevate their mood, but with the techniques you are about to learn you will not have to depend on anything outside of yourself to change the way you feel. The only things we are going to have feelings about are the things we focus on, and we can only focus on one thing at a time. You can control what you are focusing on by what you are picturing in your mind, saying to yourself and paying attention to. This gives an almost unlimited number of choices. You can focus on past experiences, future expectations, the present moment, your self-talk or even your own imagination. Every one of us right now could get into a state of absolute joy, by thinking of all the great things in life, just as we could have everything and still be unhappy if we always focus on something negative. If you find someone who is incredibly happy, the reason is probably that they focus continuously on what makes them happy. You can experience this too by focusing continuously on what you want, what you have got and what is great about every situation, and as a result you will feel incredible. You will start to enjoy life much more, because you will be focusing on the most positive aspects. In addition, you will increase those positive things because you always get more of what you focus on in life. *CREDIT Tony Robbins Visit Tony Robbins' websites: https://www.tonyrobbins.com/ http://www.unshakeable.com/ Follow Tony Robbins @: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TonyRobbins Twitter: https://twitter.com/tonyrobbins LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ajrobbins Google+: https://plus.google.com/+TonyRobbins Instagram: https://instagram.com/tonyrobbins/ Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/TonyRobbinsLive FAIR-USE COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMER * Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, commenting, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. One of the Bright Side writers decided to adjust his daily routine to leave only 2-4 hours for sleep! Do you ever think about how cool it would be if there were more hours in a day? You would easily have time for everything: work, hobbies, friends, and family or just lazing around doing nothing at all. But enough dreaming, let's get back to reality. The only way to make it happen is by sleeping less, but would that actually work without turning you into a tired grouch? All jokes aside, I definitely became more productive, and I have a lot of spare time that allows me to do everything I want and even more. On the other hand, it can be difficult since the whole world is on a completely different regimen. Your friends and family might think it’s weird when you tell them you can't go out with them or ask them to pause a movie so you can take a nap. In any case, it's your choice to make. The majority of hunters and land managers deal with small parcels of land. Successfully managing and hunting these tracts of land can be challenging, but it is far from impossible. The key is providing everything a whitetail needs so it doesn't have a reason to leave. This can be done through a variety of different measures, but a vital key is not only managing the land, but also the amount of hunting pressure you put on the deer on your property. This week, we answer viewer submitted questions regarding small land management and hunting strategies. We had some great questions regarding food sources, bedding areas, and the best locations to hunt. The main points to keep in mind in all of these is surveying your piece of property and deciding what it is missing. Once you've identified it, take measures to improve it. On a piece of property less than 100 acres, pressure plays a huge role. Providing sanctuaries for deer that you rarely if ever enter, is just as important as bedding cover and food plots. Careful planning goes into every aspect of small land management and every property is different. Strategically making management decisions for your piece of property to make it better than the surroundings land and you can bet you'll have a large number of whitetails calling your land home. The Management Advantage has always been driven by the viewers and this episode is a prime example of why we do what we do. Thank you to everyone who submitted their questions and we look forward to answering more of them in coming episodes. In this video I share with you tips on how I tame my frizzy hair. You are not alone when it comes to frizzy hair. Trust me! :) I have naturally curly/wavy frizzy hair, and my whole life I have been struggling with frizzy hair. The struggle is over now. I have made peace with my hair and learnt to work with it by using the right products to tame it and also by " not " doing certain things to it. Watch the video to find out more. As for product recommendations, I would suggest to check out Whole Foods. Make sure to always read ingredients before buying any products, even if they advertise to be " Organic" and "Natural". I like Natural Ingredients, Rahua and John Masters Hair products. (they carry a wide range of products from shampoos to hairsprays and hair pomades) Please remember to leave me a comment and share your tips on taming frizzy hair. Speaker: David Granatstein, Sustainable Agriculture Specialist Affiliation: WSU Tree Fruit Research and Extension Center, Wenatchee, WA 98801-1230 Synopsis: First, Mr. Granatstein notes several reasons to control weeds including limiting competition for young trees with nutrients and water, minimizing rodent (e.g., voles) habitat, eliminating hosts for pest and disease and to avoid blocking irrigation sprinklers. He describes the standard orchard system with herbicide strip and grass alley and noted that about 20 sq. ft. of weed free space is needed per tree during May-July. He lists six different weed control options (noting pros and cons) including: residual and contact herbicides, mowing, tillage, flaming, inert mulches and living mulches. Mr. Granatstein briefly discusses the issue of sub-lethal effects of glyphosate. He described research supporting the benefits of using wood chip mulch for weed control. He also discussed the concept of growing your own mulch. He notes that the use of living mulches in older trees has several benefits including excluding undesirable weeds while fixing nitrogen, improving soil quality and providing beneficial insect habitat. He presents economic data for several alternative weed control strategies. He described a large-scale, 3-year organic trial looking at mulch, tillage, flaming or herbicides in Gala apple and Anjou pears. Over the three year period for Gala apple, they noted significant positive return on investment using mulch verse herbicide/flaming or tillage. He suggests several options for the future.

Listed below are several techniques, ideas, resources, and tips for teachers to hone the right skills to conquer their classroom: 1. Start the year tough. Many teachers make the mistake of starting the school year with a poor discipline plan or without any classroom management plan at all. It is so much easier to start tough and then lighten up, then to start light and discipline more. At the beginning of the year, students quickly assess the situation and realize what they will be allowed to get away with. Starting the year tough will give you control and flexibility. 2. Be fair to all students. 3. Be prepared for disruptions---and don't let them phase you. Students often amplify their teacher's reaction to disruptions—be ready for them and be ready to calmly and quickly pick up where you left off. Having a joke or interesting comment ready to bring attention back to you will allow you to transition back to the material. 4. Instill high expectations 5. Incentivize good behavior. Motivating students though rewards like no homework, watching a video, ice cream, or free-activity time can help students by giving them a goal. This can also help students hold each other accountable to class goals and stigmatize negative behavior even more. 6. Overplan. 7. Have a clearly expressed disciplinary plan...with consequences! Make sure students know the disciplinary ladder well. Any hint of ambiguity can leave a loophole for excuses (and students are great at making excuses!). Warn students when they are close to breaking a rule so there will be no ambiguity when that line is crossed. If you constantly raise your voice to get the attention of the class, consider investing in a classroom amplification system which can save your voice by projecting it. The iPod Portable PA system is a great system for classrooms because it features an iPod dock that simultaneously plays and charges your iPod and also has outputs for a projector. 8. Focus on relationships. A teacher than can connect positively with their students will make students behave and easier to manage because students will regard the teacher much like a friend. Using positive reinforcement to build a positive reputation for the child gives the student confidence that their teacher believes in them and will make it harder to disappoint the teacher with bad behavior or work ethic. 9. Be careful about confrontation 10. Be patient and keep practicing. Don't worry if things don't go well right away...controlling your classroom is learn-able but will always be a challenge with some students. Whether you are teach a kindergarten class, at an elementary school, middle school, or high school, it is best to "Expect the Unexpected" and be ready for adversity! A1C test is a blood tests that gives you an average level of your blood sugar over the previous 90 days. The higher the percentage, the higher your average blood glucose levels are, and the higher your risk for either diabetes or related complications due to chronic high blood sugar and insulin levels. It’s much more accurate than checking your blood sugar levels. Needless to say, all of us will look and feel much better and actually help prevent MOST diseases by keeping your A1C levels lower. So with that said, I’m going to quickly discuss 10 clinically proven ways that you can quickly, easily and naturally improve your blood sugar levels, lower your A1C and help avoid and/or reverse many health problems. 1. Exercise Daily Regular, daily exercise can help you lose unwanted fat. But more importantly, helps improve “insulin sensitivity”. 2. Eat The Correct Carbohydrates When you eat carbs, your body converts it into sugar (mostly glucose). As your blood sugar goes up, your body secretes insulin to help lower it back down to a normal, healthy range. Now, carbs are not evil. However, the wrong carbs, especially in high amounts ARE bad for your health. Focus more on vegetables, some yams, little bit of rice, legumes, quinoa and whole grains. Get rid of the bad carbs and eat less total carbs.(2,3,4,5) 3. Eat More Fiber Fiber has so many benefits and sadly, most people are barely getting any. You should be eating at least 25 grams or more. While most Americans are barely getting around 5-10. 4. Eat Smaller Meals, More Often I’m sure you’ve heard about this when it comes to weight loss. However, one of the reasons for the weight loss is the lower blood sugar levels from eating smaller meals. (9,10,11) 5. Watch What You Drink You should never drink your calories -- no sodas, juices, alcohol, “shakes” or anything similar. They all digest quickly and spike up your blood sugar. 6. Manage Your Stress Levels You can’t have health without also discussing stress management. What’s interesting is that stress increases blood sugar levels AND decreases insulin sensitivity. (15,16) And this is because of a change in hormones such as glucagon, cortisol, testosterone, adrenal hormones and so forth. (17,18) 7. Better Quality Sleep You can’t manage your stress if you don’t get enough, quality sleep. Again, this has to do with a negative changes in your hormones when you don’t sleep well. (20,21) 8. Drink Apple Cider Vinegar Apple cider vinegar, like exercise, helps lower blood sugar levels AND improve insulin sensitivity. (22,23,24). 9. Lose Fat Losing unwanted fat and decreasing your belly fat has numerous health benefits. This is even more true with blood sugar levels because the lower your body fat, the higher your insulin sensitivity. 10. Take Natural Supplements Most people just give up after a week or two since they aren’t getting results fast enough, especially for the amount of time and effort. This is why I always suggest people take natural supplements. ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. Learn how IQMS' manufacturing-specific ERP solution has helped National Circuit Assembly achieve their highest levels of success. IQMS means manufacturing. Video Transcription: Gavin Subel, President: What National Circuit Assembly does is we print circuit board assemblies, which is the core of our business. However, we go way beyond it. We would take any electrical device and assemble it from bottom up. We’ll serve just about any customers as long as it’s electronic manufacturing. However, our specialty right now is aerospace military defense. We bring the value in treating our small customers the same way we treat our big customers. We have to treat everybody equally, we have to add value to everybody. We’ll help them troubleshoot engineering issues if they have. We grow if they grow. It’s as simple as that. Part of that issue was we didn’t know our full costs of our jobs so when we were bidding, we never knew when we completed the job that we bill it correctly, that we make money, that we lose money. And that was one of the fundamental reasons for moving to IQMS so that we can get to know, compare actual versus budget. Are we making money, are we losing money? Raul Cantero, Vice President of Operations: One of the things we were looking for in an ERP system was the ability to integrate all the way from the quoting module to the financials and we didn’t have that. Well, everybody can do inventory control and entering a sales order, but we need a sharp flow of control, we need a quoting integrated with that module, and then of course, we need the financial to be part of it. The other thing that we found very attractive about IQMS was the cloud base product because we have multiple plants. We have a plant here in Garland, Texas, which is the headquarters, then we have a plant in Austin, Texas. And we have 5 surface-mount lines. Here, we got 3 in Austin. That 3 in Austin are the same as 3 of the lines here. For some of our customer, that becomes their disaster recovery plan and part of what makes that better is being able to use the same ERP tool in the cloud and being able for them to log in and we can talk on the phone. And say, “Okay, take a look at this module right now. You see what you see there?” Okay, I need you to go ahead and release that kit and etcetera, etcetera. So that’s a great tool from IQMS. William Brown, ERP Coordinator/Dir. of Procurement: We needed an ERP system that had financials as well as an ERP system for manufacturing. That way, we can keep up with the scheduling, keep up with the labor routing times as well as actual cost. The system that we were using in the past was not able to do that. So now, we’re working just in IQMS going forward. IQMS will help us grow. We can look at our line times, we can increase our stoppages. When you run a product in SMT line, it needs to have a constant flow. If there is a stop or a breakdown, you don’t always capture that. With IQMS, we will see these downtimes, we can go back and we can look at it in our production schedules, our production meetings and say ‘Okay, why do we have this downtime? What can we do to prevent these downtimes going forward? And we can use that as we work. Raul Cantero, Vice President of Operations: We’re very passionate about what we build here and we have the systems in place to make sure that everything we deliver is 100%. IQMS helps us do that.

Sadhguru looks at how human relationships are not absolute, and are always variable, and need a lot of attention. He explains that the need for a relationship is arising because though every individual is a complete life, people are under the illusion that they are half a life that cannot be without another. **************************************** Transcript: http://isha.sadhguru.org/blog/video/the-nature-of-human-relationships/ Sadhguru: But he must be punished? (Laughter) Either by you or somebody he must be punished. (Laughter and Applause) What kind of punishment do you normally give to people? (Laughter) Already enough of punishment has been given, isn’t it? Already it’s been given – the ugliness, the nastiness, the silent treatment everything has happened, so what more punishment you want to give? Your thing is, there is no remorse on other side. There is no remorse on the other side because people are doing what they want to do, not what you want them to do, always. And that may not be in your interest, but they are doing what they want to do. Is it right, wrong – I am not going into the morality of it. I want you to understand the mechanics of the situation. Somebody is doing what they want to do; now you think they must be punished, probably they have not broken any law, otherwise they would be anyway punished. They’re breaking an understanding between two people; probably you misunderstood the understanding. You believed that these understandings are absolute; they are not. Nowhere in the history of humanity or today or in anytime in future, will human relationships be absolute, though every… every person who gets little romantic, believes that this is going to be an absolute relationship, there is no such thing about it. A relationship is a variable, always; you have to conduct it on a daily basis. One day if you don’t conduct it properly it may go somewhere. Yes or no? No, please look at it as it is. You have to conduct it right, so ‘No I am doing my best,’ – obviously somebody feels your best is not good enough for them. I want you to come to terms with this. You may not improve every time you juggle, but if you keep practicing regularly for several weeks and months, your skills will greatly expand. Try for new records, but be patient when they don’t come right away. Every time you practice juggling you grow muscles in your legs and cells in your brain that improve your skills. With regular practice, you will gradually become the excellent juggler you always wanted to be. — Use Hands — Use your hands when you are first learning to juggle. Start by using your hands between each touch, then gradually increase the number of touches until you feel comfortable juggling without using your hands as support. Like training wheels on a bike, using your hands can help you learn faster by enabling you to maintain more control during the early stages of learning. — Alternate — One of the keys to successful juggling is using both feet in combination to control the ball. Skillful jugglers develop a rhythm, moving the ball frequently between both feet. It’s important that you begin working with both feet right away, juggling the ball between them as often as you can. — Use Backspin — One of the most difficult challenges for beginning jugglers is keeping the ball from getting away from them. To help solve this problem, drop the ball with a slight backspin, and try to maintain the spin as you juggle. You will find that backspin keeps the ball coming back to you rather than getting away. As your skills improve, backspin will become a less important part of juggling. More advanced jugglers can use their toes to keep the ball up with no spin and greater precision. — Weak Foot — Juggling is far easier and more effective when both feet are involved. To help your weak foot become a full partner with your strong foot, spend some time improving your weak foot separately. Try to set new records using only your weak foot, even if the number of touches is small. If your weak foot can juggle the ball at least 5 times, it should be strong enough to alternate with your other foot and improve your overall juggling. — No Hands — With consistent practice you’ll be ready to go hands free. When you’re ready, practice juggling without using your hands by rolling the ball up your foot and into the air. Place one foot on top of the ball, quickly rolling it backwards and flicking the ball into the air. — Next Steps — As you become comfortable juggling with your lower body, your next step is to master ball control with your upper body. In future videos we’ll show training methods for upper body control, tricks, and game-related juggling skills.
