Sadhguru explains that what the body needs is rest, and not necessarily sleep. If the body is at ease while you are awake, the sleep quota will go down. He also looks at how the quality of sleep is connected to the quality of life. If you wake up well, you will sleep well he says. **************************************** Transcript: http://isha.sadhguru.org/blog/video/how-to-reduce-sleep-quota-and-increase-sleep-quality/ Questioner: No, no, I want more actually. About compulsions and evening person and morning person, I was wondering how can I decrease my hours of sleep and how can I improve my sleep quality? Sadhguru: You want to increase the quality of your sleep means you want to reduce the quantity, is that what you’re saying? Questioner: Yeah somehow both; my need for hours I want to decrease and I want to improve the quality. Thank you. Sadhguru: Okay. See, sleep is not a requirement in one’s life. What the body requires is rest. Sleep is just one form of rest. Lot of people are beginning to think… in Tamil Nadu if somebody says, ‘He is resting,’ means they’re sleeping. (Laughter) Need not be. You can sit and rest, isn’t it? Yes? You can stand and also rest. You’re running – if you stand, doesn’t it feel like rest? You’re standing, if you sit down, doesn’t it feel like rest? There are many ways of resting. The most important thing is rest means you’re changing the energy equation where consumption is lowered, production is going on at the same pace. So after a period of time, you feel rejuvenated because consumption has been lowered. Essentially you’re managing the energy equation. If you’re on acute activity, the consumption is more; whatever you’re producing it’s not enough, after some time you feel exhausted because the consumption has been heavy. If you lower the consumption and increase the production, after sometime you feel energized. Suppose you’re running, if you run a mile, after that you can’t take another step, let’s say. Oh, many of you have been running for Isha marathons, Isha Vidya marathons, forty, forty-two kilometers, all right, whenever – after a mile or two you can’t take another step, don’t eat anything, don’t drink anything, just sit down for ten minutes, again you’re fine, rejuvenated, isn’t it? All you have done is lowered the consumption, production is still at the same level. My favorite, clinically proven formula for improving ED, boosting testosterone and sex drive: 🤜 http://drsam.co/yt/BeHarderLonger You can also watch this video about the best vitamin to improve testosterone after exercising: 🤜 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpCYSo8waNg #erection #erectiledysfunction ======================================= 🤷🏼♂️ Kegel - #1 Exercise For Preventing Erectile Dysfunction & Improving Your Performance In The Bedroom ======================================= Today I’m going to reveal the #1 exercise for preventing erectile dysfunction and improving your “performance” in the bedroom. This simple exercise will also help avoid the embarrasing “premature ejeculation”, allowing you to statisfy your parter, better and long than ever before. If you’ve been following my work and watching my videos, you would know that certain exercises can either increase or decrease your libido, erection strength, hardness and even size, because of hormonal changes. If you didn’t already know, testosterone is the primary hormone that increases your libido, sex drive and “muscle size”. Unfortunately, this hormone starts to decrease around the age of 25. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. For example, doing too much cardiovascular exercise - like running, jogging, etc. can decrease your testosterone because of the increase in your stress hormone, cortisol. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. About 3-4x weekly, no more than an hour is just the right amount to increase your testosterone and help improve your libido and sex drive. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. Improvement for those who have overactive bladder or urinary incontinence. How To Improve Results Of course, doing the right exercises is a great start. However, the bottom line is that you need to have optimal levels of your anti-aging, “pro-sexual” hormones such as total and free testosterone levels. And if you’re over the 30, then I can guarantee that your “youth” hormones just aren’t where they used to be and are going lower and lower each year. Because of this, I’ve got a special link below, to a bonus video about how you can dramatically improve your testosterone levels and fix erectile problems in a few short days or weeks. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Now, let's look at what is Quality Management. Quality management aims to ensure that Project meets all the initial agreed requirements without any deviation. To ensure this, Quality Management involves doing activities like creating standard policy and procedures and also ensuring that those standard procedures are being followed properly in the project. There are three broad activities that are done as part of Quality Management. They are Quality Planning, Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Quality planning is the first step when Quality related Activities of the project are planned, Quality Assurance is the next stage of implementing those Quality Plans and Quality Control is the last stage, when periodic checks are done to see if Project Quality is improving or not. But what happens if you don't do Quality Management in a Project? Here is what you can expect in this case: Increased Cost, because of rework. Low customer Satisfaction, because no customer likes a below quality deliverable.

This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Dr. Crum says the biggest game changer is “YOU, by harnessing the power of your mind." She explores scientific results that show the influence of the mindset on the body, and how changing the subjective mindset produced different outcomes. Dr. Crum's work is inspired in part by the placebo effect, and has implications that stretch far beyond the realm of medicine. Dr. Crum is a professor, psychologist, and researcher investigating how mindsets affect health and behavior. Dr. Crum's research focuses on how changes in subjective mindsets—the lenses through which information is perceived, organized, and interpreted—can alter objective reality through behavioral, psychological, and physiological mechanisms. Her work is, in part, inspired by research on the placebo effect, a notable and consistent demonstration of the ability of the mindset to elicit healing properties in the body. She is interested in understanding how mindsets affect important outcomes outside the realm of medicine, in the domains of behavioral health and organizational behavior. We spend 1/3rd of our life asleep, which suggests it is doing something very important. But, what is all of this for? And why does every animal species appear to need sleep? Based on the latest neuroscientific research Penny Lewis shows why sleep is thought to be critical for combining and restructuring memories, and thus to form the basis of creativity. Penny (Penelope) Lewis is a neuroscientist at the University of Manchester, where she runs the Neuroscience and Psychology of Sleep (NaPS) lab. Her research investigates the role of sleep in strengthening and altering memories and the ways people can use this to their advantage. She is the author of The Secret World of Sleep, which has sold around 10,000 copies, and has written for a variety of popular science publications, including New Scientist, Scientific American and BBC Focus. An “all-in-one” formula for instantly increasing your energy levels and improving memory: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/EnergyBooster Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/EnergyDrinksCanKillYou References 1. http://www.smithsonianmag.com/smart-news/want-live-longer-dont-sleep-so-much-180954743/ ======================================= 🛏️ How To Sleep Less, Have More Energy & Live Longer ======================================= Today I’m going to reveal how you can sleep less, have more energy and live longer. I’ll also give you 10 specific ways you can get a more restful sleep, in less time… Most of my life, I’ve been a “bad” sleeper. I’m super sensitive to sound and light. My brain is always “on” … And I’ve been like this my entire life. Luckily, I don’t need much sleep. In fact, most of life I’ve only needed about 6 hours asleep. And if I really optimized my nutrition, exercise, supplements and hormones, I needed even LESS sleep. And the thing is, I wake up feeling pretty good and energized. I’ve never needed an alarm. And if I did get little tired in the middle of the day, I’d take a quick 15-30 min nap and that’s all I needed to be back to 100% energy. However, something in the back of my mind would keep saying “this isn’t healthy, you *should* be sleeping at least 7-8 hour a day, or more!” So, I was always obsessed about sleeping more because I thought it was “good” for me, even though I really never needed it. I thought my lack of sleep was probably aging me more. However, the opposite is true. Research shows that people who sleep “more”, actually die sooner than those who sleep less! Recently there was an analysis of 16 separate sleep studies covering more than 1.1 million people. What was discovered is that 30% of people who slept more than 8 hours a night, died earlier, than those who slept 6 hours.1 And there have been other similar studies stating that sleeping 8 hours or more is worse for your health because of a variety of reasons -- such as an increase in inflammation, lack of movement, change in hormones, etc. Okay, great… so sleeping less is good. But what do you do when you NEED more sleep? When you can’t seem to function on only 6 hours? When you have such a hard time getting out of bed in the morning? Well, Arnold Schwarzenegger jokes about this and says, “sleep faster”. However, the real question is why do some people need more sleep than others? And how can you sleep less and have even more energy? Well, the real reason is that healthy people need less sleep. When your body is healthy, it’s “fixing” everything in less time, you’re more efficient and you have better QUALITY of sleep. Unless you’re growing and you’re below the age of 20, you don’t need as much sleep. When you’re not healthy, your body is slow to recover because your body is either lacking in nutrients or your hormones aren’t optimized. OR You’re doing the wrong things -- like eating the wrong foods, not exercising, going to bed late and throwing off your circadian rhythm and so forth. So what you want to do is optimize your health, so you can repair and recover quicker at night and thus, get BETTER QUALITY of sleep. Let me give you the 10 tips that have made the biggest improvements in my sleep and energy levels. So, let’s first start with your sleeping habits as you get ready for bed. Stop using all electronic devices, or least DIM the light on everything. I wear “blue blocker” glasses about 30-60 minutes before bed. Blue light keeps you awake. Don’t take sleeping pills or drugs. You may sleep longer, but the quality is less. Not to mention they cause long-term memory loss and dementia. Try to get to bed by 10pm and especially before midnight. This is when your hormones are optimized for sleep. Make sure your room is dark and preferably around 68 degrees. Cooler helps you sleep better. I wear eyeshades and ear plugs. Before going to bed, journal or write down what you’ve learned today and what you’re grateful for. If you don’t want to write it, at least think about it and FEEL it. When you get up in the morning, go have 2 big glasses of water and take a total-body energy solution called Body Brain Energy. This formula gives your mind and body the exact nutrients it needs to maximize your energy levels - physically and mentally. Exercise daily, preferably earlier in the day. Most of us don’t move enough or at all. Eat less animal proteins because they slow down your repair. Make sure you get some sunlight daily. Don’t obsess over your sleep. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. Tony Robbins: Control Your THINKING (Tony Robbins motivation) The quality of your life is largely determined by the quality of the mental states you live in day to day – states like love, anger, happiness, fear and excitement. There are two main ways to control your state of mind. Either by controlling the way you use your physical body, or by controlling your focus of attention and the way you interpret it. What happens in your life does not determine how you feel. How you feel is only the result of how you are using your own mind and body at any moment. No matter what happens in your life, you are in control of your own state of mind. Make sure to use that ability to put yourself in a state that is appropriate for what you want to achieve. In most cases, would it not be nice to be in a highly positive mood most of the time? People in our society often turn to external means such as food, alcohol, cigarettes or drugs to elevate their mood, but with the techniques you are about to learn you will not have to depend on anything outside of yourself to change the way you feel. The only things we are going to have feelings about are the things we focus on, and we can only focus on one thing at a time. You can control what you are focusing on by what you are picturing in your mind, saying to yourself and paying attention to. This gives an almost unlimited number of choices. You can focus on past experiences, future expectations, the present moment, your self-talk or even your own imagination. Every one of us right now could get into a state of absolute joy, by thinking of all the great things in life, just as we could have everything and still be unhappy if we always focus on something negative. If you find someone who is incredibly happy, the reason is probably that they focus continuously on what makes them happy. You can experience this too by focusing continuously on what you want, what you have got and what is great about every situation, and as a result you will feel incredible. You will start to enjoy life much more, because you will be focusing on the most positive aspects. In addition, you will increase those positive things because you always get more of what you focus on in life. *CREDIT Tony Robbins Visit Tony Robbins' websites: https://www.tonyrobbins.com/ http://www.unshakeable.com/ Follow Tony Robbins @: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TonyRobbins Twitter: https://twitter.com/tonyrobbins LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ajrobbins Google+: https://plus.google.com/+TonyRobbins Instagram: https://instagram.com/tonyrobbins/ Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/TonyRobbinsLive FAIR-USE COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMER * Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, commenting, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. We define key terms and simplify the main ideas. The focus of the next revision of the ISO9001:2015 includes an emphasis on the Process Approach. If you want to achieve your goals, motivation isn't enough. How many days have you woken up thinking, "I just don't feel like it?" In those cases, you can attempt to raise your motivation... or you can just do the thing anyway. The latter option requires discipline - which is completely separate from motivation. It is the mental quality - often called willpower - that allows you to practice self control, to work hard even when you're tired, and to lean into discomfort rather than shying away from it. So, if you want to improve your self discipline, and use it to build new habits and achieve your goals, then put the 6 tips I'm going to share with you in this video into action. Emotions play a very critical role in the overall quality of our personal and professional lives, more critical even than our knowledge and experience. While technology can help us to learn and master information, nothing can replace our ability to understand our emotions and the emotions of those around us. The majority of hunters and land managers deal with small parcels of land. Successfully managing and hunting these tracts of land can be challenging, but it is far from impossible. The key is providing everything a whitetail needs so it doesn't have a reason to leave. This can be done through a variety of different measures, but a vital key is not only managing the land, but also the amount of hunting pressure you put on the deer on your property. This week, we answer viewer submitted questions regarding small land management and hunting strategies. We had some great questions regarding food sources, bedding areas, and the best locations to hunt. The main points to keep in mind in all of these is surveying your piece of property and deciding what it is missing. Once you've identified it, take measures to improve it. On a piece of property less than 100 acres, pressure plays a huge role. Providing sanctuaries for deer that you rarely if ever enter, is just as important as bedding cover and food plots. Careful planning goes into every aspect of small land management and every property is different. Strategically making management decisions for your piece of property to make it better than the surroundings land and you can bet you'll have a large number of whitetails calling your land home. The Management Advantage has always been driven by the viewers and this episode is a prime example of why we do what we do. Thank you to everyone who submitted their questions and we look forward to answering more of them in coming episodes. You may not improve every time you juggle, but if you keep practicing regularly for several weeks and months, your skills will greatly expand. Try for new records, but be patient when they don’t come right away. Every time you practice juggling you grow muscles in your legs and cells in your brain that improve your skills. With regular practice, you will gradually become the excellent juggler you always wanted to be. — Use Hands — Use your hands when you are first learning to juggle. Start by using your hands between each touch, then gradually increase the number of touches until you feel comfortable juggling without using your hands as support. Like training wheels on a bike, using your hands can help you learn faster by enabling you to maintain more control during the early stages of learning. — Alternate — One of the keys to successful juggling is using both feet in combination to control the ball. Skillful jugglers develop a rhythm, moving the ball frequently between both feet. It’s important that you begin working with both feet right away, juggling the ball between them as often as you can. — Use Backspin — One of the most difficult challenges for beginning jugglers is keeping the ball from getting away from them. To help solve this problem, drop the ball with a slight backspin, and try to maintain the spin as you juggle. You will find that backspin keeps the ball coming back to you rather than getting away. As your skills improve, backspin will become a less important part of juggling. More advanced jugglers can use their toes to keep the ball up with no spin and greater precision. — Weak Foot — Juggling is far easier and more effective when both feet are involved. To help your weak foot become a full partner with your strong foot, spend some time improving your weak foot separately. Try to set new records using only your weak foot, even if the number of touches is small. If your weak foot can juggle the ball at least 5 times, it should be strong enough to alternate with your other foot and improve your overall juggling. — No Hands — With consistent practice you’ll be ready to go hands free. When you’re ready, practice juggling without using your hands by rolling the ball up your foot and into the air. Place one foot on top of the ball, quickly rolling it backwards and flicking the ball into the air. — Next Steps — As you become comfortable juggling with your lower body, your next step is to master ball control with your upper body. In future videos we’ll show training methods for upper body control, tricks, and game-related juggling skills.

Listed below are several techniques, ideas, resources, and tips for teachers to hone the right skills to conquer their classroom: 1. Start the year tough. Many teachers make the mistake of starting the school year with a poor discipline plan or without any classroom management plan at all. It is so much easier to start tough and then lighten up, then to start light and discipline more. At the beginning of the year, students quickly assess the situation and realize what they will be allowed to get away with. Starting the year tough will give you control and flexibility. 2. Be fair to all students. 3. Be prepared for disruptions---and don't let them phase you. Students often amplify their teacher's reaction to disruptions—be ready for them and be ready to calmly and quickly pick up where you left off. Having a joke or interesting comment ready to bring attention back to you will allow you to transition back to the material. 4. Instill high expectations 5. Incentivize good behavior. Motivating students though rewards like no homework, watching a video, ice cream, or free-activity time can help students by giving them a goal. This can also help students hold each other accountable to class goals and stigmatize negative behavior even more. 6. Overplan. 7. Have a clearly expressed disciplinary plan...with consequences! Make sure students know the disciplinary ladder well. Any hint of ambiguity can leave a loophole for excuses (and students are great at making excuses!). Warn students when they are close to breaking a rule so there will be no ambiguity when that line is crossed. If you constantly raise your voice to get the attention of the class, consider investing in a classroom amplification system which can save your voice by projecting it. The iPod Portable PA system is a great system for classrooms because it features an iPod dock that simultaneously plays and charges your iPod and also has outputs for a projector. 8. Focus on relationships. A teacher than can connect positively with their students will make students behave and easier to manage because students will regard the teacher much like a friend. Using positive reinforcement to build a positive reputation for the child gives the student confidence that their teacher believes in them and will make it harder to disappoint the teacher with bad behavior or work ethic. 9. Be careful about confrontation 10. Be patient and keep practicing. Don't worry if things don't go well right away...controlling your classroom is learn-able but will always be a challenge with some students. Whether you are teach a kindergarten class, at an elementary school, middle school, or high school, it is best to "Expect the Unexpected" and be ready for adversity! 3 Tips To Find Your Voice (For Singers) - Felicia Ricci / http://www.BeltingCrashCourse.com - Take my FREE 3-video belt singing course! This video is all about how to find a singing voice that is uniquely "yours." It offers my top 3 tips for doing so...some of which might surprise you! 1) Pay attention to the natural variation in "color" (or resonance, or tone) when you speak in the day-to-day. Become aware of all the variations that are possible, and what kind of emotional intention or context usually prompts them. 2) Start by imitating! This one might be a bit controversial, but even the seemingly most original singers had influences that turned to inspiration, that eventually led to their creating their own sound. 3) Don't be afraid to be weird and look silly! Get rid of those blocks of what you're "supposed" to sound like will allow you to experiment more freely, which will unlock tones you didn't know were possible. What do you think about this topic? Don't forget to leave me a comment! *~*~*~*~*~*~*~ As a professional voice finder, it's my sworn duty to teach you how to find your singing voice! Speaker: David Granatstein, Sustainable Agriculture Specialist Affiliation: WSU Tree Fruit Research and Extension Center, Wenatchee, WA 98801-1230 Synopsis: First, Mr. Granatstein notes several reasons to control weeds including limiting competition for young trees with nutrients and water, minimizing rodent (e.g., voles) habitat, eliminating hosts for pest and disease and to avoid blocking irrigation sprinklers. He describes the standard orchard system with herbicide strip and grass alley and noted that about 20 sq. ft. of weed free space is needed per tree during May-July. He lists six different weed control options (noting pros and cons) including: residual and contact herbicides, mowing, tillage, flaming, inert mulches and living mulches. Mr. Granatstein briefly discusses the issue of sub-lethal effects of glyphosate. He described research supporting the benefits of using wood chip mulch for weed control. He also discussed the concept of growing your own mulch. He notes that the use of living mulches in older trees has several benefits including excluding undesirable weeds while fixing nitrogen, improving soil quality and providing beneficial insect habitat. He presents economic data for several alternative weed control strategies. He described a large-scale, 3-year organic trial looking at mulch, tillage, flaming or herbicides in Gala apple and Anjou pears. Over the three year period for Gala apple, they noted significant positive return on investment using mulch verse herbicide/flaming or tillage. He suggests several options for the future.

It definitely has a sexy tone to it right? Project… I just love the way it sounds. I wonder how cool it must sound in French. Proje… Well, project is a temporary endeavor to create a unique solution. Yeah that’s operations. No Well, the difference between a project and operations is fairly simple. A project ends. So, it’s temporary. You implement your project, you close it, you create a unique product/service/ or whatever outcome you wanted then you are done. Whereas in operations, it’s on-going and repetitive. You may have also heard about the terms program and portfolio. Let me just quickly explain them here. Program is multiple projects put together. Combined. And Portfolio is similarly. Multiple programs put together. So, it’s project, program, portfolio. Now before I go further, and dive deep. You need to understand something crucial. To run any project, you need 2 methodologies. The first one is a project life cycle and the second one is project management process. Most people confuse these 2. And if these are not clear, you can kiss the PMP certification goodbye. It’s absolutely amazing how many content creators in YouTube confuse these two. They are not interchangeable. You cannot afford to confuse a project life cycle with a project management process. Don’t worry I am going to make it very simple for you. Let’s start with Project Life Cycle. Project Life Cycle is unique to a project, to an industry, to your needs. It’s highly customizable. Think of it like this; a human development is a project. So, your life cycle is; 1) Conceiving 2) Birth 3) Childhood 4) Teenage hood. Teenage hood. Is that a word? Teenaging? 5) Adulthood 6) And death Easy stuff right? So, now if it was an IT project. I am not an IT but it would like something like this; High-level design Detailed Design Coding Testing Installation And Turnover This is project life cycle. The term cycle is a bit confusing here. I think. But who knows. This video covers; project management project management institute pmp project management professional certification project life cycle project management PMI managing a project project management fundamentals fundamentals of project management project management for beginners project management course
