Issues addressed in this tutorial: fix high cpu usage Windows 10 fix high cpu usage Windows 7 fix high cpu usage fix high cpu usage Windows 8.1 fix high cpu temperature fix high cpu high cpu fix how to fix high cpu usage high cpu usage fix Windows 7 The CPU (central processing unit), also known as processor, is the brain of your computer. Like your own noggin, it can become overwhelmed if bombarded with too many processes, or if a single task consumes undue attention. Just as you may find work difficult when overwhelmed, your processor can slow to a crawl if too much is asked of it at once. Normally, you can avoid this situation by staying away from demanding apps. However, CPU usage can sometimes go out of control because of a bug in a process, such as the infamous WmiPrvSE.exe. Fortunately, high CPU usage is usually easy to fix. This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops, and tablets running the Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 7 operating systems.Works for all major computer manufactures (Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, Samsung).

How to Avoid or Fix Disk Failure by using Check Disk and System File Checker

06:04
Fix Hard Drive Errors using Disk Check and System File Checker. Hard drive is very important part of computer system. You may have all the important data in it and can not afford to lose it. So we are going see how check and repair disk errors and regurly do the disk health check to avoid any hard drive failure. Basically these errors we are talking about are like Hard Drive is not responding properly Or giving some or more errors when you are trying to access it. So lets perform this simple operations you can follow on regular basis. 1. Use SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker Microsoft has provided the basic tool to check and correct if there are any issue with the windows system files? SFC /SCANNOW is used to scan to see if you have any missing, corrupted, or modified Windows system files and if it finds anything like that, it attempts to repair them by replacing with a clean copy from backup component store. So go to the start menu type CMD, right click on it and type SFC /SCANNOW and hit enter. It will take some time may be an hour to complete the varification depending on the size of hard drive and number of files availalbe in it. Do not close the window before it completes 100%. It will scan all the protected system files. It replaces the found corrupted files with the one located in C:\Windows\system32\dllcache. This file is in a compressed folder. Once its complete, it will show the results as saying "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation." Which is self explanatory and tells us that your windows do not have any missing or corrupted files. Sometimes after completing the System File Checker, you may receive other messages like, a. Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them. Details are included in the CBS.Log %WinDir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Which is a positive message saying that yes, Windows Resource Protection has found some corrupted files and successfully repaired them. Details are included in the CBS.Log present at C:\Windows\Logs\CBS You may receive the other message like this b. Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log %WinDir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. We have already addressed this issue with the solution in this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09cWplaeB1Y You can click on it and go through it for the resolution. The last you can get the following message saying that. c. Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation. To resolve this problem, perform the System File Checker scan in safe mode, and make sure that the PendingDeletes and PendingRenames folders exist under %WinDir%\WinSxS\Temp. But as our operation of System File Checker is completed successfully with this message "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation." we dont have to worry about the other messages. Lets move ahead with the second operation now. 2. Use CHKDSK Check Disk or chkdsk is used to see if a hard drive has any file system errors and bad sectors on it, and attempts to repair them if found. Will have to run this command for each drive. I have these three drives in my system. So type this command in cmd : chkdsk C:\ D:\ E:\ and hit enter. We need to run this command for each drive. First lets check it for C Drive. So type this simple command. CHKDSK C: /F /R /V Here Parameters F, R and V each has its importance Parameter /F Automatically Fix file system errors on the disk. Parameter /R Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors and Parameter /V Displays the full path and the name of every file on the disk. So once you type the command in command prompt, hit enter and It will start scanning all the files on system. It will take some time dependint on the size of disk and total number of files on it. Again do not close CMD before it completes. Its a good practice to run these operations on regular basis as its not an automatic process. Once the scanning is complete, you can see whole lot of information including, Total Disk space Total number of files available on disk. Indexes, Total number of bad sectors in size, Current used space on the disk Space occupied by log files Current available space on the disk ETC. So currently its saying 0KBs of bad sectors. Which means no issues of bad sectors with our our disk. Once the Check disk for C drive is complete, do it for D drive and also for other available drives on your system to make sure everything is right in place. Its always a good practice and in our best interest to perform these operations on regular basis. Lets say once in a month. I hope you like the video. This talk proposes a scheme for addressing the operating system resource management problem. Resource management is the dynamic allocation and de-allocation by an operating system of processor cores, memory pages, and various types of bandwidth to computations that compete for those resources. The objective is to allocate resources for optimized responsiveness based on the finite resources available. Burton Smith,Technical Fellow, Microsoft Corporation Produced 11/29/2011

How To See What Programs Are Making Your Computer Slow

05:20
In this tutorial, I will show you guys how to determine which applications might be taking up the most amount of system resources, whether it be RAM, CPU or Disk Usage. I also discuss start-up applications, as well as Windows Services. A lot of these programs run in the background, and can sometimes be difficult to identify. Fortunately, it is likely many people have posted about common programs/services online before you conceived the question about whether or not it was safe to disable, so you are encouraged to resort to Google if you have any doubts. Why is my computer so slow? With this quick computer repair, you should hopefully you will know by the end of this tutorial! Also is a preview of my new intro, as well as a slightly new video style. Why not get helpful tutorials with an aesthetically pleasing backdrop? Seems like a win-win to me! Also, since I record videos out of order (just my nature), consequentially this intro will not be present in all videos until the middle-end of January. Inevitably your computer slows down. You try to open a website and it grinds to a halt, or read an email and it churns along sluggishly. A slow computer, in many ways, is worse than a broken one—or at least infinitely more frustrating. If you’re going to have any chance of reversing the serious slowdown that’s affected your computer, you’re going to have to work out what’s at the root cause of the sluggishness. This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops, and tablets running the Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 7 operating systems.Works for all major computer manufactures (Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, Samsung).

Windows Defender is an Antivirus | It takes resources too

03:29
Whenever I talk about whether or not you need antivirus, people bring up Windows Defender as a counter-argument. Windows Defender IS an antivirus and works just like other AV programs, using system resources exactly the same way. And no, just because it is made by Windows does not mean it is "lighter" in all cases. Remember the days when McAfee/Norton would come bundled with your computer? Nobody liked that! Just because Windows Defender comes bundled with your copy of Windows 10. ------------------------------------------- Want to join the TPSC community? Why the US doesn’t use metric (even though it does) | Did You Know?

06:51
It's a weighty issue. Watch more from the Did You Know? series ►► https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLn2RjxYNpcawct77myxG-2JGptju1-Hx0 Pretty much every country in the world uses the metric system for measurement — having a universal system would be like having a common language across the world, making it easier to communicate, trade and invest. So why doesn’t the US want to commit to the metric system? Technically, it already has — it’s officially the “preferred system of weights and measures for United States trade and commerce”. But the change has never been made compulsory for everyone, so most of the country continues to use the imperial system. https://media.ccc.de/v/35c3-9904-the_social_credit_system [Reupload with improved audio] Why It's Both Better and Worse Than We can Imagine The Chinese Social Credit System (SCS) has been discussed a lot in Western media. However, we do not know currently how the system that is supposed to take nationwide effect by 2020 will look like, as there are more than 70 pilot projects currently undertaken. These pilots rank from commercial royalty and rewards programs (Sesame Credit) to an Orwellian system, where each action has a predetermined associated score (Rongcheng). In-between, there’s nebulous algorithmic systems that basically act as a Black Box (Honesty Shanghai). This talk, therefore, looks at some of these pilots and their implementation details, and through an agent-based modeling framework, discusses the likely effects of different implementations. In doing so, it shows that most of the systems currently being tested are prone to manipulation by leaders from all levels of government, and that the ostensible goal of allocating scarce resources more efficiently is unlikely to be served by the new system(s). The author, Antonia Hmaidi, is a PhD candidate in East Asian Economics with a focus on China. She presented a talk on the impact of internet censorship at the 33C3. This talk’s goal is to provide those interested with a technically-grounded understanding of “the” Chinese social credit system and its possible impact on Chinese society and economy. In doing so, it seeks to provide a more nuanced picture than is usually presented in either Chinese or Western media. Working on data science and machine learning in her free time allows the author to better understand the algorithms comprising “the” social credit system. Using MSCONFIG to easily speed up Windows 7. Make it Faster

03:20
In this How to Guide, I will show you how to improve system performance in Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP, by using MSCONFIG.exe and freeing system resources. In this demonstration I am using a Windows 7 Machine with 8GB of ram. First, let's expand the running programs list by clicking on the up arrow in the lower right hand corner of the Taskbar. Notice how I have 13 programs running right after a fresh boot. Now let's open Task Manger by right clicking on the taskbar and selecting Task Manager. So after a fresh boot I already have 82 processes running and 18% of my Physical Memory is already being used. Now let's try to free up some system resources by using the built-in Microsoft Windows utility called Msconfig. Click on the Windows Orb and type "Msconfig" into the search box and press enter. Msconfig allows you to manage system resources, system tools, and plays a big role in system troubleshooting by giving you a small command center where everything is centrally located. For the purpose of this video I will disable some Services and Startup Items that I don't need to startup, when my computer boots to free system processing and ram. Okay now I just restarted my machine to initiate the changes. Let's see how many programs are running by clicking the up arrow on the Taskbar. Now I only have 8 programs listed here, and those are the only ones I truly want to start for me upon bootup. Okay, let's open up Task Manager again by right clicking on the Taskbar and selecting Task Manager. I have 63 processes running, that's 19 less than before and nets a 30% change, so already you know that the computer will be more responsive. The Physical Memory allocation dropped from 18% to 15% which is a 20% change. Overall by using MSconfig my system performance had a dramatic increase. You will have to play with the utility yourself and figure out which startup programs you could disable from starting up. You could always shoot me a question in the comments section of my videos. Windows 10 And 8.1 Set Process Priority - Make Programs Run Faster or Slower

01:56
There are times when we need to squeeze a bit more out of a program and make it run faster e.g. when video editing. There are also times when we want the process to run slower as it is hogging up the system and slowing everything down. This video shows how to set process priority. Be careful with the realtime option. For more visit: http://www.windows10.ninja http://www.2012r2.com Transcript (machine generated so it contains errors) Hello again in this video we should be having a look at task manager and setting priorities for basically the applications that are running applications processor et cetera for example let's assume we have a program that we needed to run at a slightly higher priority so it basically runs a little bit faster okay now lets in this is is using notepad we don't really need notepad to run any faster okay but we have not open and what we need to do is open up task manager and it's always better to do it as arguments are just a task manager okay right click over their run as administrator and then we get it okay and then over a year we go it starts up a being of the year make sure you basically go to details okay and then notepad again as programme the process everyone speed up okay we can set priority and then we can make high be very very careful with real-time that could freeze your system up okay am because windows basically try to juggle processes around to make her life feel multitasking et cetera okay real-time can really mess it up above normal little bit faster okay on the other hand if we have a program that is really hotting up resources okay as the other side he basically won a car like slow it down we can make it low okay change priority okay and that's fine so now that program that was really hotting up resources and really slowing only computer is now running a lot slower and you don't have the ability to have a get on with other tasks as well okay hopefully this has helped thanks for watching.

Sling memory deep dive

25:55
Recorded at #adaptTo() 2018 – visit https://adapt.to for more information https://adapt.to/2018/en/schedule/sling-memory-deep-dive.html Sling memory deep dive - Valentin Olteanu, Adobe Physical memory is one of the most critical system resources (along with disk IO and CPU) that a Sling application relies on to achieve maximum performance and best response times. Understanding where and how much is used by Sling (with Oak Segment Tar) helps developers optimize their code and it's a required knowhow for devops for sizing, monitoring and debugging live instances. This session takes a holistic approach to understanding RAM consumption by offering a detailed split-view of all the various flavors of a system's memory: kernel, memory mapped files cache, heap, stack. The focus is laid on guiding the users to setup the system and the application for the best performance. A deep dive into the heap of a running sling application provides even more insights on the most memory-hungry parts of the application for those that are willing to go the extra mile into performance optimization.

Colonizing the Solar System, Part 1: Colonizing the Inner Solar System

20:39
In this epic, 2-part episode, we team up with Isaac Arthur to imagine how humans will colonize the inner Solar System, becoming a true spacefaring civilization. Here's Part II https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0W7IRBeDkj4 Support us at: http://www.patreon.com/universetoday More stories at: http://www.universetoday.com/ Follow us on Twitter: @universetoday Follow us on Tumblr: http://universetoday.tumblr.com/ Like us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/universetoday Google+ - https://plus.google.com/+universetoday/ Instagram - http://instagram.com/universetoday Team: Fraser Cain - @fcain / [email protected] Karla Thompson - @karlaii Chad Weber - [email protected] Science fiction has told us again and again, we belong out there, among the stars. But before we can build that vast galactic empire, we’ve got to learn how to just survive in space. Fortunately, we happen to live in a Solar System with many worlds, large and small that we can use to become a spacefaring civilization. This is half of an epic two-part episode that I’m doing with Isaac Arthur, who runs an amazing channel all about futurism, often about the exploration and colonization of space. Make sure you subscribe to his channel. This episode is about colonizing the inner Solar System, from tiny Mercury, the smallest planet, out to Mars, the focus of so much attention by Elon Musk and SpaceX. In the other episode, Isaac will talk about what it’ll take to colonize the outer Solar System, and harness its icy riches. You can watch these episodes in either order, just watch them both. At the time of this video, humanity’s colonization efforts of the Solar System are purely on Earth. We’ve exploited every part of the planet, from the South Pole to the North, from huge continents to the smallest islands. There are few places we haven’t fully colonized yet, and we’ll get to that. But when it comes to space, we’ve only taken the shortest, most tentative steps. There have been a few temporarily inhabited space stations, like Mir, Skylab and the Chinese Tiangong Stations. Our first and only true colonization of space is the International Space Station, built in collaboration with NASA, ESA, the Russian Space Agency and other countries. It has been permanently inhabited since November 2nd, 2000. Needless to say, we’ve got our work cut out for us. Before we talk about the places and ways humans could colonize the rest of the Solar System, it’s important to talk about what it takes to get from place to place. Just to get from the surface of Earth into orbit around our planet, you need to be going about 10 km/s sideways. This is orbit, and the only way we can do it today is with rockets. Once you’ve gotten into Low Earth Orbit, or LEO, you can use more propellant to get to other worlds. If you want to travel to Mars, you’ll need an additional 3.6 km/s in velocity to escape Earth gravity and travel to the Red Planet. If you want to go to Mercury, you’ll need another 5.5 km/s. And if you wanted to escape the Solar System entirely, you’d need another 8.8 km/s. We’re always going to want a bigger rocket. The most efficient way to transfer from world to world is via the Hohmann Transfer. This is where you raise your orbit and drift out until you cross paths with your destination. Then you need to slow down, somehow, to go into orbit. One of our primary goals of exploring and colonizing the Solar System will be to gather together the resources that will make future colonization and travel easier. We need water for drinking, and to split it apart for oxygen to breathe. We can also turn this water into rocket fuel. Unfortunately, in the inner Solar System, water is a tough resource to get and will be highly valued. We need solid ground. To build our bases, to mine our resources, to grow our food, and to protect us from the dangers of space radiation. The more gravity we can get the better, since low gravity softens our bones, weakens our muscles, and harms us in ways we don’t fully understand. Each world and place we colonize will have advantages and disadvantages. Let’s be honest, Earth is the best place in the Solar System, it’s got everything we could ever want and need. Everywhere else is going to be brutally difficult to colonize and make self-sustaining. We do have one huge advantage, though. Earth is still here, we can return whenever we like. The discoveries made on our home planet will continue to be useful to humanity in space through communications, and even 3D printing. Once manufacturing is sophisticated enough, a discovery made on one world could be mass produced half a solar system away with the right raw ingredients. We will learn how to make what we need, wherever we are, and how to transport it from place to place, just like we’ve always done.

How To FIX STUTTERING In FALLOUT 4 & MY OPTIMAL 4K + 1440p Settings

04:42
Are you wondering How to fix micro-stuttering in Fallout 4? Well this video is for you, I have found that shadows is the main culprit in this game on the graphics side of things, so turning that to medium or low (even if you have a very beastly machine) can help improve performance a lot and contribute to less stuttering / frame drops. Also another thing I found for some odd reason was that the game was slightly more smoother with hyperthreading disabled (however only do this on i7s or Xeons where you have enough cores to compensate), also to do this you will need to go into your bios when your computer starts and hit f2 or del key and look for intel hyperthreading and change the value to disabled. And lastly there is the 64hz trick which I found worked well when my Korean monitor was overclocked to 64hz to match, other than that I thought it played worse on a 60hz monitor with this settings boosted, i.e. only do it if you can overclock your panel to 64hz. To set manual frame limits download MSI afterburner here - http://gaming.msi.com/features/afterburner To disable Vsync through .ini file (for amd users? as Nvidia users can do it via control panel as shown in vid) - To unlock frame rate open Fallout4Pref.ini (located at C:\Users\[name]\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\). Search for the line iPresentInterval=1, and change it to iPresentInterval=0 And lastly my system specs. 4K Rig - 5820K @ 4.2ghz @ 1.25v 16GB DDR4 @ 2666 @ 1.22v 980ti @ 1379mhz Asrock X99X Killer Fatailty 1440p Rig - 6600k @ 4.6ghz @ 1.35v 16GB DDR4 @ 2400 @ 1.2v GTX 970 @ 1550mhz MSI Z170A Gaming M5 **Other notes*** - High vs ultra textures really didn't make a difference for me at 1440p or 4k, so they are not that important nor were they more taxing on GPU or System resources, and this game was surprisingly not that VRAM intensive. Also all these tweaks are reversible. Another note is that this game uses around about 4GB of System ram when I checked usage with afterburner, so 8GB of system ram is more than enough to run this game fine (I also found the allocation of CPU resources was odd, hence the reason for turning off hyperthreading). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Buy PC Games at massively discounted prices!* http://www.cdkeys.com/?mw_aref=techyescity **Support TYC for free when you shop on amazon!** http://amzn.to/1Nmeh4p ***Buy Games from G2A at great prices!*** https://www.g2a.com/r/techyescity ****Check me out on twitter*** * https://twitter.com/techyescity *****Check me out on facebook***** https://www.facebook.com/techyescity ******Doing this gig (and keeping it 100% real) is hard... support TYC directly with a monthly donation.****** http://www.patreon.com/techyescity ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Intro Music - Different Heaven - OMG (NCS Release)

What to Do If Your Computer Gets Too Slow with 100% Disk Usage in Windows 10, 8, 7 💻🐢🛠️

05:17
👍 Watch what to do if your computer or laptop gets too slow, and how to reduce disk usage in Windows 10, 8, 7 and Vista. After buying a new laptop or a PC with the latest version of Windows as a pre-installed operating system, or after reinstalling/updating their operating system, users often face the problem of 100% disk usage. Read: What to Do When Your Hard Disk (HDD) Gets Slow? - https://hetmanrecovery.com/recovery_news/what-to-do-when-your-hard-disk-gets-slow.htm. This problem has a serious effect on performance of your computer, it wears out your HDD or SSD faster, and makes your work with the system less comfortable. This problem can also emerge for a number of other reasons: 01. There is too little free space in your system drive. Make sure your drive C has enough free space. If you do have this problem, watch other videos in our channel where we deal with this topic in detail. You will find the link in the description - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5LSnQGT_yQ. 02. This problem can also come from activities of malware working in the background mode and eating up your computer’s system resources. We discussed this topic in detail in our previous videos. You will find the link in the description - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=afhEVwsHmgw. 03. Your hard disk may have logical errors. Watch our previous videos to learn how to fix them. You will find the link in the description - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a-1r96btQkM. If dealing with these problems has not helped you, we can share several other methods of tackling them. So how can you reduce excessive disk usage? Step one Enter “services” in the search field. Find Windows Search and change its startup type to “Disabled.” As a result, content indexing, property caching and search result caching for files, emails and other content will be disabled, and it will reduce disk usage. Step two Start Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc and choose the tab “Startup” to see what applications start with the system. If there are any programs you don’t use but they put pressure on your system, you can disable them by right-clicking on the application name and selecting the option “Disable.” In the tab “Processes” you can also see the list of tasks currently using your computer - and the hard disk too. It may be an antivirus running in the background mode and so on. If there are such processes, right-click on them and select “End Task.” Step three 1. When installing or deleting updates, programs or drivers, system restore points can be created automatically. It can slow down your computer. Watch our previous videos to learn how to enable or disable this process. You will find the link in the description - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCvdDhFc8ZA. 2. Disable “File History” (if this function loads your system too much), or assign a separate physical disk for this process. Watch our previous videos to learn how to enable or disable File History. You will find the link in the description - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BI3FQKdQ_Ow. 3. Disable automatic defragmentation. Don’t forget to run defragmentation regularly, but it’s worth disabling its automatic mode. You can watch our previous videos to see how to do it. You will find the link in the description. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f5EyWgz6-uk. 4. Automatic updating of Windows, Office and other software can also increase disk usage. Most programs do it in the background mode. Have a look in the Processes tab of the Task Manager to find such programs. In the previous step, I showed it with the example of CCleaner, and you can find more information in our previous videos. You will find the link in the description - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hGYoYziLSVU. 5. Another reason why your disk becomes so slow is that it can be used within your network. For example, some of your office staff may use shared folders on your hard disk for work. Try to have a separate physical disk, or even use a file server for such purposes. 6. If you are using cloud storage services by Dropbox, Google, Yandex and so on, it would be better to have a separate physical disk, better an SSD, for storing and synchronizing data. 7. Generally, comfortable speed of the system can often be achieved after installing an SSD to use as a system drive. It will considerably speed up your PC at a minimal cost. Thanks for watching. Water Resources

11:38
005 - Water Resources In this video Paul Andersen explains how water is unequally distributed around the globe through the hydrologic cycles. Seawater is everywhere but is not useful without costly desalination. Virtual Windows 10 installation with Hyper-V

06:30
http://tekrally.blogspot.com/2014/10/virtually-installing-windows-10-tech_1.html The very first technical preview of Windows 10 become available for download to Windows Insider members earlier today at 9am PDT. Membership is free and available to anyone who signs up at https://insider.windows.com/. Windows is hoping to receive valuable feedback from PC enthusiasts who will be treat to frequent builds of the OS, and hopefully avoid some of the missteps the company made with the design of Windows 8 that was released late 2012. Keep in mind that Windows 10 is still in early stages of development and should not be used as your main operating system as bugs will abound, features will be missing and the evaluation copy has an expiration date of April 2015. If you only have one machine to install the evaluation copy on you can still try it out while keeping your current Windows installation intact. One is to partition a hard drive, install Windows 10 on the new partition and dual boot, which essentially runs Windows 10 as if it were installed on it's own machine. The advantage to dual booting is that all of your system resources are dedicated to running the one loaded OS. The second method is to use a virtual environment, running as a program inside your current Windows installation, to house and execute your Windows 10 installation. The advantage to the virtual method is that your virtual install runs alongside your current OS and you can easily switch back and forth. The disadvantage being that your system resources will be split between the two operating systems so it will take a more powerful PC to be able to run the two smoothly. Since I'm just wanting to look under the hood and kick the tires on this early evaluation copy of Windows 10 I will be taking the virtual route using Microsoft's own virtualization platform called Hyper-V that is built into 64-bit versions of Windows 8 Pro and Enterprise. How to Install Hyper-V: 1. Open the Windows Control Panel 2. Click on "Program" 3. Select "Turn Windows features on or off". A window with all the various Windows features will open. 4. Find Hyper-V on the list. If it is not on the list then it is not included with your version of Windows. 5. Click the "+" to the left of Hyper-V to expand the folder. There will be two folders inside one for management tools and another for the platform itself. If the folder named "Hyper-V Platform" is grayed out you need to turn on virtualization support in your motherboard's BIOS. Consult your motherboards support site for more information. If both the Management Tools and Platform boxes are already checked then Hyper-V is already installed on your system. 6. Check both folders and then click "OK". Windows will download the installation software and install Hyper-V automatically. A restart will be required after installation. 7. Restart your PC. 8. Open Hyper-V and create a virtual machine and install Windows 10.

It was released as an early access title for Microsoft Windows, macOS, PlayStation 4, Xbox One in September 2017, and for iOS in April 2018, with plans for an Android version in mid-2018. It is a spin-off from Epic's Fortnite, a cooperative survival game with construction elements (often referred to as its "Save the World" mode). As a battle royale game, Fortnite Battle Royale features up to 100 players, alone, in duos, or in squads of up to four players, attempting to be the last player alive by killing other players or evading them, while staying within a constantly shrinking safe zone to prevent taking lethal damage from being outside it. Players must scavenge for weapons and armor to gain the upper hand on their opponents. The game adds the construction element from Fortnite; players can break down most objects in the game world to gain resources they can use to build fortifications as part of their strategy. The game features limited cross-platform play between PlayStation 4, Xbox One, computer versions, and mobile versions. The idea for Fortnite Battle Royale came near the release of Fortnite in mid-2017. Following the early access release of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds in March 2017 and its rapid growth, Epic Games saw the opportunity to create a battle royale mode out of Fortnite. Unlike PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, Fortnite Battle Royale is a free-to-play game, funded by microtransactions. Originally, it was not free and launched it as a gamemode within the original Fortnite game. The main gameplay for Fortnite Battle Royale follows the battle royale genre's standard format: up to 100 players skydive then deploy a glider from floating buses ("Battle Bus") onto a consistent map, which includes random distribution of weapons, shield, and other combat support features. The goal is to be the last player (or team, if playing in small squads) alive by killing or avoiding other players. Over time, the game's safe zone (representing the eye of a storm that is ravaging the world), decreases in size, and players caught outside the zone will take damage, potentially dying. This directs the surviving players into tighter spaces, forcing player encounters. Players can loot defeated enemies for equipment. Random supply drops will occur during a match, providing random weapons and items. Fortnite Battle Royale's primary distinction from other battle royale games is the building system. Nearly all objects in the environment can be broken down into materials (wood, stone, and metal), which can then be used to build fortifications of limited durability, such as walls, ramps, floors, and roofs. These objects may be used to help traverse the map, protect the player from gunfire, or slow down progression of other players. The game is free-to-play, supported by microtransactions that allow players to buy "V-Bucks", the game's internal currency. V-Bucks are also shared with the main Fortnite "Save the World" game, which offers players the opportunity to earn V-Bucks by completing missions or daily quests. V-Bucks can then be used to buy cosmetic improvements to the player (heroes, character and weapon skins, and emotes). V-Bucks can also be used to buy Battle Passes which accelerate the rate that a player increases their Tier within the game's "seasons" (each season lasting a few months). By raising their tier, they gain automatic rewards of cosmetic items typically around a theme. Players can still increase tiers without a Battle Pass, albeit at a slower rate. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I helped a 10 Year Old Girl DESTROY TOXIC BULLIES in Playground https://youtu.be/9Pg2zGEvXzA Joogie https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCeHi... #fortnite #joogie #fortniteplayground

Insufficient System Resources Exist to Complete the Requested Service [Tutorial]. "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service" is not a common error on Windows 10. But once you come across such system error, you won't be able to continue your office work, gaming or video watching. The error "insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service" often occurs on the Windows 10 OS when you leave your computer on for a long time, when you plug into a USB drive, or when you're trying to launch some .exe files like the Chrome browser, iTunes, Microsoft Edge, etc. Then the computer will get freezing or stuttering. After a PC reboot, the error may happen again and stop your computing. This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops, and tablets running the Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 7 operating systems.Works for all major computer manufactures (Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, Samsung).

KDE vs XFCE - Resource Usage Comparison

09:25
Lately it seems lots of people have been comparing KDE to Xfce in my video comments so I thought maybe it would be fun to do a non-benchmark comparison between the two desktops! I am well aware that this is *not* a perfect or ideal comparison. Instead, think of it as a fun, lighthearted attempt at seeing how the two different desktop environments stack-up to one another. Like I say in the video, I used openSUSE Leap because while Xubuntu and Kubuntu are technically based on Ubuntu, they have minor differences and since this video is already a bit dodgy, I figured using a stable base distro was a better option. KDE Neon or Kubuntu both run kde plasma and are excellent alternatives to opensuse Leap, as its Xubuntu. ⬇︎Social Links ⬇︎ ✔︎ Discord: https://discord.gg/tVyBHAU ✔︎ Website: http://www.egee.io ✔︎ Twitter: https://twitter.com/egee_irl ---- 👍 Support The Channel By Clicking The Links Below! 👍 ✔︎ Motherboard: MSI A88XM: http://amzn.to/29OQeP6 ✔︎ CPU: A10-7850k: http://amzn.to/29rmTtB ✔︎ GPU: R7 360: http://amzn.to/29tLj4A ✔︎ RAM: Kingston HyperX 8gb: http://amzn.to/29SiRHP ✔︎ SSD: Samsung 850 EVO: http://amzn.to/29BABbA ✔︎ HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200rpm: http://amzn.to/29SjfpI ✔︎ Input: Steam Controller: http://amzn.to/29ufZmo ✔︎ Capture Device: Elgato Game Capture HD60: http://amzn.to/2aiPxup
