https://1businessloans.com/877-281-0678-ez-fast-business-funding/ 877-281-0678 Small Business Financing Options There have traditionally been two options available to aspiring or existing entrepreneurs looking to finance their small business or franchise: borrow funds (debt financing) or sell ownership interests in exchange for capital (equity financing). business loans working capital short term loan non-traditional loans small business loan fast capital unsecured loans non-collateralized loan merchant cash advance cash advance business cash advance sba loans line of credit business investment investors business p2p lending investor business debt investment loans company funding business lending group p2p loans capital investors small business loan lending network circle lending endurance lending usa funding peer to peer business lending invest in companies how investing works Small business financing Small business financing (also referred to as startup financing or franchise financing) refers to the means by which an aspiring or current business owner obtains money to start a new small business, purchase an existing small business or bring money into an existing small business to finance current or future business activity. There are many ways to finance a new or existing business, each of which features its own benefits and limitations. In the wake of the recent financial crisis, the availability of traditional types of small business financing dramatically decreased. At the same time, alternative types of small business financing have emerged. In this context, it is instructive to divide the types of small business financing into the two broad categories of traditional and alternative small business financing options. Debt Financing The principal advantages of borrowing funds to finance a new or existing small business are typically that the lender will not have any say in how the business is managed and will not be entitled to any of the profits that the business generates. The disadvantages he payments may be especially burdensome for businesses that are new or expanding. The sources of debt financing may include conventional lenders (banks, credit unions, etc.), friends and family, Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, micro lenders such as Action home equity loans and personal credit cards. Small business owners in the US borrow, on average, $23,000 from friends and family to start their business. Failure to make required loan payments will risk forfeiture of assets (including possibly personal assets of the business owners) that are pledged as security for the loan. The credit approval process may result in some aspiring or existing business owners not qualifying for financing or only qualifying for high interest loans or loans that require the pledge of personal assets as collateral. In addition, the time required to obtain credit approval may be significant. Excessive debt may overwhelm the business and ultimately risks bankruptcy. For example, a business that carries a heavy debt burden may face an increased risk of failure.

Camera finance is available to professional photographers, video/film production companies and videographers in the form of commercial equipment financing & leasing options. Professionals can finance camera gear and equipment through their business, which conserves personal credit lines and builds business credit. These commercial or business loans and leases offer FAR better rates than personal loans or credit cards, and are ideal for long-term financing (3 to 5-years). Equipment financing companies offer fixed rates on both equipment finance agreements and equipment leases. Best of all, these business financing options require little to no money down. A "professional" photographer or videographer is someone who earns an income through their work, and reports that income on their tax return on a Schedule C. IRS Schedule C is where you'd report your business income from your photo/video services. This amount, minus any expenses, is then carried over to your 1040 form as business income or loss. For the best rates, equipment financing companies generally want to see at least 2 or 3-years time-in-business, although camera financing options are available for new businesses as long as the owner(s) have solid personal credit. FICO scores for traditional camera finance programs should be at least 650, with no current slow paying accounts, collections, or bankruptcies reporting. Most equipment financing companies will require a minimum financed amount of $5K, so you'll be able to include lenses, tripods, lighting, and other accessories you may need. To begin the process, expect to fill out a brief 1-page credit application, where you'd provide your personal (name, address, social security number) and business information. Typically, a credit decision is made in a day or two and after that, documents are drafted for signature by the customer/business owner. After signed documents are received, the equipment financing company pays the vendor/manufacturer for the gear, which is then shipped to the customer. Regular payments begin a month after the payment is made to the vendor. Popular vendors for professional photo/video gear include Adorama, B&H Photo, Samy's Camera, KEH Camera, and Abel Cine. Typically, photo, video and camera equipment can be financed or leased on terms from 24 to 60-months. At the end of the term, the equipment is yours to keep or you can upgrade. First Time Home Buyer Mortgage Programs 2019! Best Home Loans for First Time Buyers In this video, real estate agent and Realtor Matt Leighton talks with Sean Glennon, Sr. Vice President & Partner of Home Savings & Trust Mortgage about the types of financing available for first-time home buyers. Fannie Mae - HomeReady Program: https://www.fanniemae.com/singlefamily/homeready# Freddie Mac - Home Possible Mortgage: http://www.freddiemac.com/homepossible/ Sean Glennon breaks down first time home buyer programs into three different categories: 1:05 - The 'cash-strapped' first-time home buyer. This is for buyers looking for up to 100% financing. In Virginia, we have the VHDA program. https://www.vhda.com/Pages/Home.aspx. In your state, there will probably be some 0% down (100% financing) options available. Talk to your local lender or real estate agent to learn more about these programs. 2:55 - Buyer has some cash, but may have credit issues, debt-to-income issues or some issues along those lines. The program that you're looking for here is most likely an FHA program. The downpayment amount for FHA is 3.5%. A co-signer is a possibility. 5:18 - First-time home buyer has some cash, has a decent/good/great credit score and doesn't need a co-signer. The HomeReady program by Fannie Mae is a good option if you fall into this category. It is a 3% down, conventional program. You don't necessarily have to be a first-time buyer but you can still take advantage of the program. It is a good alternative to FHA and may be a better deal than the FHA option.
