6 Simple Exercises to Get Bigger Arms In No Time

07:16
Almost every guy wants to look strong and athletic. And if we’re not self-conscious about our abs (or lack thereof!), then it’s our puny little arms that have us looking in the mirror and sighing with disappointment. Wanna beef up them fast? Then you should know how to train correctly. If you want really big bulky biceps, you’ll need to use the progressive overload method. It basically means adding more weight and intensity to your exercises with each set you do. But keep in mind that your arms aren’t just about the biceps. In fact, your biceps only make up 1/3 of your upper arms – the rest is all tricep! So, the rule of thumb is, if you want really big arms, you need to work on your triceps too. Other videos you might like: The Only 10 Exercises Men Need to Bulk Up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1adIsC3ddBQ& 19 Foods to Build Muscle and Gain Weight Faster https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NM4iBO3_N-k& 6 Mistakes You Keep Doing at Trainings https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1eMghzjpb78& TIMESTAMPS: Incline Dumbbell Skull Crushers 0:56 Reverse Grip Push-ups 1:52 Cable Tricep Pushdowns 2:49 Preacher Curls 3:45 Barbell Curl 4:21 Zottman Curls 4:55 And don't forget that... 5:32 #bigarms #biceps #triceps Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com/ SUMMARY: - #1. Incline Dumbbell Skull Crushers. Lie down on an inclined bench with a dumbbell in each hand. Carefully bring your arms up overhead and keep your hands shoulder-width apart. Now, slowly bend your elbows to bring the dumbbells down towards your temples. Your upper arms shouldn’t move, only your forearms. - #2. Reverse Grip Push-ups. Get on the floor with your arms straight, hands in line with your shoulders, and your feet straight back behind you. Pull your core in – your stomach shouldn’t be hanging down. Now, for the reverse style, you’ll turn your hands in the opposite direction so that they’re pointing more toward your toes. - #3. Cable Tricep Pushdowns. Grab the cable with your hands close together and your palms facing down. Keep your elbows tucked at your sides and bent at a 90-degree angle. Now, straighten your elbows to bring the cable downward. - #4. Preacher Curls. Sit down on a preacher bench and place your upper arms on the support pad. Make sure your armpits are right up on that pad. You can grab an EZ curl bar, dumbbells, or a barbell. Whatever you choose, pull it up towards your chin, hold it there for a second, and then slowly straighten your arms and bring it back down. - #5. Barbell Curl. Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart, head up, shoulders back, elbows tucked into your sides, and your chest out. Now, bring the barbell up to your chin by bending your elbows and engaging your biceps. - #6. Zottman Curls. For your final bicep exercise, you’ll need to grab some dumbbells and hold one in each hand with your arms down at your sides and your palms facing your body. Keeping your elbows locked at your sides, curl the weights up to your chin while turning your palms toward your face. - You need to take in more calories than your body requires right now with your current weight. And the best way to do that is protein. More specifically, you need lean protein, which can be found in eggs, nuts, fish, chicken, beef, pork, and low-fat dairy products, to name a few. - You also shouldn’t underestimate the importance of staying hydrated and well-rested. Water and sleep should be your best friends on your road to huge arms. 3 Exercises to Hit Every Single Muscle in Your Body

09:15
Sometimes a workout can get a bit confusing with all these exercises targeting different groups of muscles. In fact, you don't need hundreds of different exercises and use every single fancy-looking piece of equipment. Few people know that if you want to build muscles all over your body, it's enough to know just 3 exercises and do them correctly. Other videos you might like: 19 Foods to Build Muscle and Gain Weight Faster https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NM4iBO3_N-k& The Only 10 Exercises Men Need to Bulk Up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1adIsC3ddBQ 6 Mistakes You Keep Doing at Trainings https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1eMghzjpb78& TIMESTAMPS: #1. Ab wheel roller exercises 0:17 - How to perform the exercise correctly 1:09 - The most common mistakes 2:25 #2. Jumping 2:49 - Vertical jumps 3:18 - Long jumps 4:16 #3. Rope climbing 4:55 What should you eat 6:15 Do you progress? 8:05 Reached a plateau? Change your workout routine! 8:30 Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com/ SUMMARY: - The great thing about the ab wheel roller is that this device helps you to strengthen tons of different muscles. Every time you do an ab wheel rollout, you work more than 20 muscles! - Your bottom shouldn't sag toward the ground during the exercise. You need to keep your back (from head to tailbone) as straight as you can. - Roll out slowly and steadily. Your arms should be straight and even — this will help you prevent the wheel from spinning out of control. - Jumping challenges your nervous system, makes you stronger, and improves your endurance and athletic abilities. - Your vertical jump will be the highest if you jump off 2 feet. This way, the strength of your legs will literally push you off the ground. - Before doing long jumps, it's better to find out which is your dominant foot and leap off it. The best place to practice long jumps is a sandpit so you can avoid injuries. - When you climb a rope, you work muscles all over your body. This exercise not only develops your upper body but also improves your coordination and agility. - To build muscle, you should eat 4–5 times a day. Make sure you have 2 to 3 hours between your meals. This way, your body will always have some energy to build muscle. - Remember to eat a lot of vegetables throughout the day. Spinach contains glutamine, which is excellent for growing lean muscle. Brussels sprouts are packed not only in protein but also in fiber. - Specialists advise that you do not train for longer than one hour if you want to build muscle mass. - If you feel you've reached a plateau where you’re not seeing any progress, start to change your rep range every 4 weeks. In any case, this exercise will work your abdominal muscles and strengthen your spine as a surprising bonus! - #5. Any exercise with raising your legs off the floor is exactly what you need if you wanna get dreamy abs. And V-ups are the best you can find! This exercise mainly challenges your rectus abdominis but also works out your hip flexors and obliques. - #6. For some reason, not many people know about this highly effective exercise. Still, reverse curls can make a huge difference for your body! This exercise focuses mainly on your abdomen, making your lower muscles stronger and more prominent. - #7. If you don't have time to climb real-life mountains, you can always fake it to make your body look even more bomb! Mountain climber is a compound exercise, meaning that it takes care of different muscle groups all at the same time. This includes your glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, and core ab muscles. - #8. And it not only makes them stronger but also tones them up for you, to make you look even cooler. - #9. Hip bridges work wonders for maintaining your core stabilizer muscles. And these, of course, include your lower abs! They can also help you deal with lower back pain, knee pain, and muscle imbalances. - #10. Remember, if a workout doesn't have a plank, it's a bad workout. So to finish off your training session, do the best kind of plank for lower abs – star plank! It's well-known for making the obliques and the whole core stronger, engaging your lower abs in the process. They engage every muscle in your body and are also great for strength-building. Perform them 10-20 times for optimum results. - The curtsy lunge targets the inner thighs and helps stabilize hips, thereby improving your overall posture. Do 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps. - Glute kickbacks strengthen your glute muscles. Making sure that your back remains straight and parallel to the floor, kick your heel up toward the ceiling. Hold this position for a few seconds and return to the starting position. Do 10-15 reps on each leg. - Frog jumps are all about jumping like a frog. However, don’t get misled by their simplicity. This is an extremely effective exercise that engages your quads, glutes, and hip flexors. To burn off that extra fat that makes your inner thighs look unattractive, give frog jumping a shot. - You can judge the efficacy of this simple exercise by the fact that even the US military uses jumping jacks as a warm-up exercise and to stay fit. - Side-lying double leg lifts is a variation of the traditional side-lying leg lift where the top leg acts as the resistance while lifting the bottom leg. The added advantage of this exercise is that it not only targets the inner thighs but the outer thighs and obliques as well. - Sumo squats are effective not only for toning your thighs and butt, but they are also great for getting rid of even the most stubborn belly fat. 8 Simple Exercises to Get Bigger Arms Less Than In a Month

10:24
If you thought your upper arms are all about those biceps you're so proud of, check this out: the TRIceps make up two-thirds of our upper arms! But triceps are tricky muscles, we don’t use them much in everyday tasks and if you don’t do any isolated tricep exercises, you may very likely be on your way to flabby arms So, you want to “arm” yourself with some big “guns”? You need to work on those muscles! And here are 8 exercises that’ll help you get the arms of your dreams in no time. Other videos you might like: 3-Minute Workout Before Sleep to Slim Down Your Legs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OKGX7gQnxpc& 10 Exercises to Become Taller In One Week https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qGJKjFHzuqo& 10 Important Body Signs You Shouldn't Ignore https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tMG5O61K2-s TIMESTAMPS: Tricep Kickbacks 0:28 Close Hands Pushups 1:29 EZ-Bar Skull Crushers 2:30 Triceps Extension Overhead with Rope 3:34 Dumbbell Tate Presses 4:21 Dips 5:24 Triceps Pushdowns 6:14 Close-Grip Barbell Bench Press 7:14 Triceps training mistakes 8:12 #triceps #bulking #gymlife Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com/ SUMMARY: - Make sure not to flare out your elbows because your pecs will become much more involved than needed. In other words, they’ll take all the strain instead of your triceps. That's why you should always press your elbows in when you lift or lower the weights. - Don't position your hands too close to each other while doing, let's say, close-grip bench presses. There's a reason why this exercise is called the "close-grip" press, but many lifters take it to the extreme. Besides being ineffective, a grip that’s too close can lead to serious injuries. You can lose stability while balancing a heavy weight, and there's probably no need to say how dangerous it is. Also, it can lead to tendon strain, as well as wrist and elbow bruises. - It's a bad idea to begin your triceps workout with isolated exercises. Just like with training any other part of your body, you need to warm-up first. Warm your elbow joints with several sets of press downs and then move to single-joint exercises. - Neglect neither overhead exercises nor underhand moves. Speaking about the first group, the only way to stretch the long part of the triceps is to do exercises where your arms are positioned overhead. - As for the underhand moves, they train the medial head of the triceps which often gets forgotten. True, it's the smallest of the triceps's three parts, but it doesn't make it any less important. On top of that, this particular part of your triceps stabilizes your elbow. So try to incorporate at least a couple of exercises with a reverse grip into your triceps workout. It’ll also keep that heart rate up in between more intense cardio exercises. - Another way to intensify this workout is by widening the distance between your legs. If you have your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, it’ll take even more energy to lift them up, helping you get your heart rate up even more. - If you’re comfortable doing the regular burpee, you can kick things up a notch by doing a little jump at the end with your hands reaching toward the ceiling. The key to this exercise is buoyancy. When you’re kicking your feet off the ground and getting back up, putting all your energy into it with a little bounce is what will really get your heart rate going. - The jab cross is a fast-paced move you can do with your arms to really focus and get your heart rate up. This is a great way to strengthen the shoulders and upper arms, and get that pent-up anger out! - If you really wanna work up a sweat, mountain climbers will definitely do the trick. Not only does this exercise get your heart racing, it also engages your core, helping you to achieve those rock-hard abs of your dreams. - Here’s an exercise that’s pretty easy to do and very effective at burning fat. That’s because the squatting motion combined with the light jump takes quite a lot of energy and can get your heart rate up almost immediately after starting. - After a few weeks of regular cardio, you’ll probably notice that carrying heavy bags of groceries from the car to the house no longer leaves you in a nasty sweat. And doing basic things like rearranging heavy furniture or running for the bus no longer takes the wind out of you. Dumbbell punches is a good warm-up for your arms, shoulders, and back. What you have to do is hold one dumbbell or a bottle of water if you don't have any weights in each hand and place your hands at chest level. - #2. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. That’s good. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing inward. Now bring the dumbbells up to your shoulders, pause for a second, and bring them back down. - #3. Sit on the edge of a flat bench (your bed will work too!) with your knees bent at a 90-degree angle and your feet slightly wider than your shoulders. From this position, slowly lie back holding the dumbbells near your chest with your elbows bent at a 90-degree angle. - #4. Start by squatting down and bending over at the hips ever so slightly. Be sure to keep that back straight! Your arms should be out in front of you and your palms facing each other with a dumbbell in each hand. - #5. Bring your right leg forward, bend your knees a little, and slightly bend forward. Place the dumbbell in your right hand next to your hip. With your right elbow bent, engage your tricep to straighten your right arm back behind you. - #6. Stand straight and place a dumbbell in each hand. Put your arms out and bend your elbows at a 90-degree angle. Make sure your upper arms are parallel to the floor. Now raise the dumbbells straight over your head, hold for a second, and return to the starting position. - #7. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your back straight. Hold a dumbbell in each hand in front of you with your palms facing your legs. From this position, lift the dumbbells up until they're near your chest. - #8. Sit upright on the floor, bend your knees, and lean back just a little. If you want to double the effect, hold a medicine ball near your chest as well. Now twist to your right, taking the medicine ball to that side. - #9. Push-ups actually work different muscles depending on how you place your hands. If you wanna get a great back and shoulders, keep them shoulder-width apart. If you're after cool triceps, keep your elbows close to your sides. - #10. Planking is pretty much a full-body workout, and it’s a great way to finish off your training. It works your abs, shoulders, back, arms, and even your legs! 10 Safe Exercises to Get Rid of Belly Fat Easily

16:24
Do you want to end the vicious cycle of failed attempts to get rock-hard abs? Making your belly fit and flat isn’t that hard — you only need to eat healthy, which is an important part of getting in shape, and do a set of simple exercises regularly. TIMESTAMPS: Leg lifts 0:43 Bicycle 2:07 Waist crunch 2:57 Reverse crunches 4:04 Bicycle crunch 5:14 Exercise ball crunch 6:28 Magic tree 7:45 Warrior stance 9:00 Awkward airplane 11:35 Sea turtle 13:49 #bellyfat #bellyworkout #absexercises Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com/ SUMMARY: - Leg lifts will help you build up your lower back and strengthen your abdominal muscles. Keep your legs straight. Lift them higher! - Based on a study by the American Council on Exercise, the bicycle maneuver holds the top spot for the most effective abdominal exercise. - The waist crunch (or vertical leg crunch) helps build your core muscles and increases your metabolism. It also improves your posture and balance. - Reverse crunches strengthen your lower abdominal muscles, which are the main target of this exercise. It can treat lordosis, a condition where your lower back curves forward. It’s a spine problem common in pregnant women and obese people. - Bicycle crunches work your upper, middle, and lower abs. It’s a full abdominal exercise. If you want an 8-pack, this is the perfect workout for you. In addition to your abs, it also targets your hips, hamstrings, quadriceps, chest, shoulders, and back muscles. - According to a study by the Department of Kinesiology at Occidental College in Los Angeles, crunches performed with an exercise ball improve abs by 38%. Certified fitness ball instructor Suzanne Deason highly recommends this exercise because you’ll feel almost no pain in your spine while doing it as opposed to crunches performed lying down. - Magic tree exercise will challenge your balance, muscle coordination, and presence of mind. It targets your core, biceps, triceps, chest, and shoulders. - Warrior stance is a yoga pose, and it strengthens your legs, chest, and arms. It also improves the body and mind connection. - The awkward airplane is a yoga exercise that improves your legs, arms, shoulders, and hips. It also corrects posture and balance. - The sea turtle is a workout used in boot camps. It targets your posterior deltoids, glutes, lower and middle abs, and rhomboids. Grammar: Using THE with common and abstract nouns

10:08
An abstract noun is a word that means a general concept or idea, like "life" or "friendship". We can use "the" with common nouns, as in "the sky is blue". But can we use "the" with abstract nouns? For example, would you say "happiness is important" or "the happiness is important"? If you are not sure, watch this lesson to learn when to use "the" with general and abstract nouns. Don't forget to take the quiz afterwards to test your understanding! http://www.engvid.com/grammar-the-common-abstract-nouns/ TRANSCRIPT Hi. I'm Rebecca from engVid. Many English learners have trouble deciding when to use "the" or no "the", so I understand that problem, I know it can be a little bit confusing, but I believe that by the end of this lesson, you're going to find it much easier. Okay? So let's start with a little quiz first to see where you stand regarding that word "the". So, let's look at this first example. Should you say: "Life is beautiful." or "The life is beautiful."? Okay. Think about it. Decide. Another one: "Friendship is precious." or "The friendship is precious."? Which one is right? Think for yourself. We'll do one more, and then I'll give you the answers. "Happiness is important." or "The happiness is important."? Which one is correct? Do you know? How do you know? How do you decide which one is right? I'll tell you. When we're talking about something which is a general concept or idea, then we do not use "the". Okay? For example, let's take the first one. "Life is beautiful." Now, life is a general concept, so we do not need "the". So, this is the correct answer. All right? Not this. "Life is beautiful." Because life is a general idea, a general concept. Okay? We're not talking about anything specific. If we say: "The life of wise people is beautiful." that is something specific, and then we would be correct to say: "The life". Okay? But if we're just talking in general, then no "the". Let's look at the next example. "Friendship is precious." Again, friendship is a general idea or a general concept, so this is correct. Okay? In this example, this one was wrong. But if I said, for example: "The friendship between those two children is precious." then that would be fine, because now I'm specifying which friendship. Right? The friendship between those two children, so then it becomes specific, and then we would use "the". But in this example, this is correct. Okay? Just like this was, and this is wrong, because this is a general idea. Okay? Next one: "Happiness is important." By now you know, again, happiness is a general idea, a general concept, so this is correct. In this example, it would be wrong to say: "The happiness", because: The happiness of what? So, if we say: "The happiness of my family is important." that's fine. That's very good. That would be a perfect sentence. But in this case, we cannot say: "The happiness is important." because we didn't specify which happiness. Okay? So, in this case, that's wrong, and this is correct. Okay? Now, the same principle applies to these. See if you can figure it out. Okay? "I want to make money." or "I want to make the money."? Which one do you think is right? Are we speaking in general, or are we speaking specifically? Well, we are speaking in general right now, so this is correct, because we're just talking about money; we didn't say which money. I want to make money. Right? General idea. If I said, for example: "I want to make the money I need to pay my rent." that's specific, so then I could say: "the money", because I'm explaining after that which money. Okay? But in this example, no. Next one: "She wants to lose weight." or "She wants to lose the weight."? Is it general or is it specific? What do you think? It's still general. Good. By now you're getting really smart. "She wants to lose weight." is a general term. Right? We're just talking about weight in general; not any specific weight. But if I say: "She wants to lose the weight she put on during the holidays." that's specific, and then I need "the". Okay? But not in this example. So, last one here: "He needs to earn respect." or do we say: "He needs to earn the respect."? Is it general or is it specific? By now you know, you'll really know. It's general. Very good. Okay? Because we didn't talk about any specific respect; we're talking about respect in general. So: "He needs to earn respect." But if this was being used, it would be something like: "He needs to earn the respect of his peers." Peers are people your age. Okay? Or: "He needs to earn the respect of his employees." for example, or "of his parents". Then it becomes specific. Which respect? The respect of his parents, the respect of his employees. All right? So, if it was specific, then we could say "the", but when we're just talking in general, we don't need "the". "Life is beautiful.", "Friendship is precious.", "Happiness is important.", "I want to make money.", "She wants to lose weight.", "He needs to earn respect."

For example "hour" then we use "an". We say "university" with a "y" sound at the beginning as though it were spelt "yniversity". Definite Article - "the" You use "the" when you know that the listener knows or can work out what particular person or thing you are talking about. We use "the" when we are talking about a specific person or thing, or if there is only one, or if it is clear which one we are talking about. You should also use "the" when you have already mentioned the thing you are talking about. We use "the" to talk about geographical points on the globe. We use "the" with plural names of people and places. We normally use "the" with buildings. For Example The White House, The Hilton Hotel. With school, university, prison, hospital, church, work and home we use "the" when we are talking about a particular or specific item, and no article when we are talking about the idea of school, university, prison, hospital, church, work and home. We use an article before the names of countries where they indicate multiple areas or contain nouns. State(s), kingdom, republic and union are nouns, so they need an article. For Example: Use "the" - the UK (United Kingdom), the USA (United States of America) For Example: Use "the" for multiple areas - the Netherlands, the Philippines, the British Isles. We use "the" with oceans, seas, rivers and canals. We use "the" with directions: north, south, east and west to talk about the location of a place within another place, but no article is used to compare the location of two places.  English Videos LInks Articles in English Grammar | use of articles in Hindi | use of a an the Use Rules & Examples https://youtu.be/E7DFI5lseRI Other Videos LInks Keyword hindi to English speaking practice, English grammar in Hindi language, learn English grammar, article, articles, learn English, learn English through Hindi, English grammar in Hindi, a the in Hindi, a an the, use of articles in Hindi, definite article, indefinite article, use of a and an, use of the, Use of Articles in English Grammar Exercises, use of articles in English, use of a an the articles in English, Articles in English Grammar, Articles A AN THE, How to use a an the in English grammar, how to use a an the in Hindi, use of a an the in English, use of a and an in English, artic ESL, Learn English, English lesson, English grammar, native speaker, vocabulary, conversation skills, IELTS, TOEFL, anglais, Englisch, inglês, engleză, إنجليزي, Angol, Learn English Lab, grammar, articles, a an the, how to use a an the, articles a an the, a vs an, a or an, how to use the, where to use the, where to use a an, uses of the, uses of a an, difference between a and an, articles in english grammar, english grammar articles, a an the articles in english A An The Articles in English, a an the, A An The Articles in English Grammar, articles a an the, articles in english grammar, use of articles, a an the ka use, how to use a an the, where to use a an, english articles,

10 Exercises to Tone Your Thighs in 10 Minutes a Day

Is it a myth that to get slim and shaped thighs, you need to spend hours in the gym? Many women (and, in all honesty, even some guys) work hard to get the perfect thigh gap. That said, there is no reason to go overboard. You can get the same results by doing a set of exercises that takes just 10 minutes a day. If recently you’ve been thinking about nothing else but a lovely thigh gap, this video is for you! But hey, remember that if you don't want your thighs to bulk up, you should do these exercises in moderation and avoid eating a lot of protein before your workout. The first exercise of this workout will help you to work your hamstrings and quads. On top of that, it will strengthen your hip muscles, glutes, lower back, abs, and core muscles. - #2. This exercise targets your thighs, glutes, obliques, and abdominal muscles. It involves your inner thigh muscles and, thus, leads to the appearance of a thigh gap. On top of that, when you do it, you automatically pull your abs in and up, which makes them more defined and also improves your balance. - #3. Thanks to this exercise, your glutes, thighs, and abs will get more toned and defined. Plus, you'll greatly improve your posture and strengthen your core, which, in turn, will help you to get rid of lower-back pain. - #4. If you thought that stretching couldn't help you to get a thigh gap, think again! Butterfly stretches not only open up your thigh and hip muscles and improve flexibility, but also loosen and lengthen the inner thigh muscles. - #5. Lateral lunges target your inner as well as outer thighs. As a result, you work on your thigh gap and simultaneously reduce outer thigh "saddlebags." - #6. An exercise as simple as jumping up and down can actually make a world of difference to your thighs! This movement also gets your heart rate up and is great for the whole body toning thing. - #7. Scissor kicks not only shape and tone your thighs but also do wonders for your abs! - #8. If your ultimate goal is beautiful thighs, the only correct answer is walking, or even running, up the stairs. This can also be a perfect warming-up exercise before your workout. - #9. The stability ball squeeze is an effective exercise that targets your thighs directly. On top of that, if you do this exercise while lying down, it works your abs, glutes, and core muscles. - #10. For this exercise, you can actually use a chair or pretend that there is an invisible chair behind your back. Whatever you choose, chair squats will make your lower body stronger. 6 Quick Exercises to Get Bigger Shoulders

07:53
Every man wants to look strong and healthy, have perfect posture, and exude confidence. You can achieve this by building broader, bigger shoulders. And it only takes a month of training either at the gym or at home. The following exercises work all three muscles and can help you get broader, more defined shoulders in a month. During one training session, you should repeat from 3 to 5 sets of these exercises. Also, for the fastest and most prominent results, do this shoulder workout three times a week and make sure you have a day off between your training days. Thanks to the lateral, you can reach out to the side. As for the posterior deltoid, it helps you to extend your arm to the back and rotate it. - Seated shoulder press effectively works your anteriors in a position that prevents you from swaying or dipping your torso when you're doing it. As a result, you can try using heavier weights. - As you may guess from the name of the exercise, standing lateral raise bulks up and strengthens your lateral deltoids. - Bent-over rows are great for working your posterior deltoids. While your arm should get straight at the end of the movement, the dumbbell shouldn’t touch the ground. After you finish with one side, move the dumbbell to the other and start working your left shoulder without taking a break. - Besides helping to build massive shoulders, handstand pushups also develop your back, upper chest, and core muscles. - If you feel some muscle tightness during the workout, it means that you put additional stress on both your joints and the muscles assisting them. It can lead to pain and even injuries. - Try to choose more prolonged and more intense workouts to make your shoulders grow and bulk up; you may want to test your limits. - Make sure you don't concentrate on working just one type of deltoid while neglecting others. That would sabotage your ultimate goal of getting full, rounded shoulders. - Don't forget that if you want to build muscle, you need to eat. That's why you should consume more calories than you normally would and have more protein-rich foods, such as eggs, meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, and dairy products. 6 Simple Exercises to Lose Weight Without Diets

06:50
Do you want to lose weight but the number on the scale isn’t changing? Or do you suffer from face puffiness, body swelling, skin problems, and cellulite? These symptoms may be the signs that the lymphatic system is not functioning properly. It can be compared with a pump that is constantly moving: if it doesn’t work and lymph circulates more slowly, toxins start to accumulate in the body, and the internal organs are affected by the unnecessary stress. To improve the circulation of lymph, lose weight, and feel better, follow these simple rules: be more active, increase your water intake, try this simple lymphatic drainage massage, and do these exercises. They can boost your lymph circulation. It’ll be especially beneficial for people who currently have a low level of physical activity. People with lymphatic gland inflammation and lymphadenopathy should also avoid these techniques. - Lie on your back on a completely flat surface. Cross your arms over your chest, so that the fingers of your left hand would be under your right clavicle and the fingers of your right hand would be under the left one. From here raise your elbows and gently apply a little pressure to these areas with your fingers. - Stand up or sit down in a comfortable position (keeping your back straight, though). Inhale and draw both of your shoulders all the way up toward your ears. Hold in for a second and exhale, lowering your shoulders back into the starting position. Do it about 15 times. - Stand up straight with your feet parallel to each other. Get up on your toes and freeze in this position for a sec. Then return to the initial position and roll right back on your heels. - For this massage you can either stand up or sit down, keeping your back straight. Keep the thumbs and forefingers of both hands together. From this position inhale and put your fingers on the point under your ribs in your solar plexus area. Round your back, press the point, and exhale. - For “Japanese vibration” you have to lie on your back on a flat surface once again. This time, though, raise your arms and legs up in the air, slightly bending your legs. Your job is to shake them all at the same time and try to relax your limbs in the process. - Sit down on a flat surface, bend your legs, and make your feet touch each other. Put your hands on your knees and push them quickly to make them bounce. - Lie on your back on a flat surface, keeping your legs straight. Inhale, bend your legs, try to bring them closer to your chest, and exhale before returning to the initial position. - To do a jumping jack you have to stand still, keeping your feet together and your arms by your sides. From this position jump up, spreading your legs to about shoulder-width apart and stretching your arms out and over your head. Exercise 8 Minutes Before Bed, See What Happens In a Month

13:53
If you just can’t find time during the day to exercise, this bedtime workout will help you stay fit, flexible, and fabulous! You’ll go to bed feeling refreshed, you’ll sleep better, and your muscles will be nice and relaxed by morning. Watch our new video to follow along with this low-impact workout. It’s quick and easy, there’s no equipment needed, and you can squeeze it in before sleep. Whether you’re an early riser and the first thing you do is head to the gym or you prefer to exercise after you have some food in your system, people who exercise enjoy better sleep than those who don’t. According to the National Sleep Foundation, people who exercise lightly see a 49% increase in quality of sleep. TIMESTAMPS: Warm-up 0:41 Squats 2:20 Donkey kicks 3:42 Push-ups 5:05 Squat and side crunch 6:25 Plank-ups 7:52 Standing crossover toe touches 9:11 Cool down 1:32 #sleepbetter #homeworkout #insomnia Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com/ SUMMARY: - #1. To make sure you’re bringing your knee high enough, you can bend your elbows at a 90º angle and touch your knee to your hand. To make this move harder, add a slight jump to the exercise while you bring your knees up high. - #2. If you have a hard time balancing, extend your arms as you head down, and lower them while you stand. If that’s too difficult, you can place a chair behind you to balance yourself. - #3. Avoid using momentum and letting your leg drop back down as you’ll be missing out on the workout if you do. Keep the movement controlled. - #4. For an easier approach, you can modify the exercise by letting your knees rest on the floor. - #5. This move will target your abdominals and work on your oblique muscles. It’s a great exercise to get rid of love handles. - #6. This is a killer move that will strengthen your core, and it will also tone up your arms, shoulders, glutes, and abdominals. If this is too intense, try holding an elbow plank position: hold yourself up by your forearms for as long as you can. - #7. This move involves your lower back and targets your abdominals and obliques. It will improve your flexibility and strength. - #8. Doing this cool down will ensure that your muscles are nice and loose for when you get up in the morning. 9 Workouts That Will Slim Your Waist and Lose Belly Fat

08:27
Though women all over the world have been struggling to lose belly fat for decades, it is still one of the most difficult tasks when it comes to getting in shape. And even if you have already gotten yourself together and found the perfect training program, suddenly chocolate starts looking irresistible or your best friend brings you a cupcake for no reason... It might be really challenging to find time for yourself in this fast-paced world, so you need exercises that do not require any special equipment or years of practice. All you need is 4 minutes a day, and you’ll be on the road to a flat sculpted tummy in no time! Other videos you might like: 3-Minute Workout Before Sleep to Slim Down Your Legs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OKGX7gQnxpc& 5-Minute Workout That Replaces High-Intensity Cardio https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FXDWtYsu1dQ& 5 Simple Exercises to Lose Thigh Fat Fast https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-RfsfNsp1vs& TIMESTAMPS: Windshield wipers 0:17 Side jackknives 1:16 Starfish crunches 2:29 Triangle crunches 3:20 Heel touchers 4:19 Oblique V-crunches 5:07 Bend and kick 6:12 Standing cross-crunches 7:11 #flatbelly #bellyfat #weightloss Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com/ SUMMARY: - Windshield wipers are an awesome exercise when it comes to your obliques and lower abs. The tension you provide when doing slow and controlled reps while holding your legs up in the air gets those muscles working like nothing else, meaning a slim cinched-in waist and the toned abs of your dreams! - Doing side jackknives makes your obliques burn! Just be sure to make your moves slow and controlled — doing it fast won’t get you closer to your destination. In fact, you risk damaging your muscles or tendons, so please be careful! - Starfish crunches engage the core from all sides, making your belly perfectly sculpted all the way around. Just see that your lower back doesn’t feel strained — if it does, you’re doing something wrong. - Triangle crunches are a real burner for your obliques. As you know, these muscles shape your waist, so the more you train them, the more sculpted your abs will look. Involving your hips will also help you in the long run because it improves your stamina, which is never a bad thing! - Heel-touchers aren’t too intense, so they kinda serve as a nice little mid-workout break. But they do target your obliques and abs, so they’re definitely worth doing! - Bend and kick exercise is also called “donkey kicks” and you can see why. Just really watch your form: your neck and back should be kept in a straight line. That way, you won’t strain any muscles. They seem easy enough, but donkey kicks can actually be quite dangerous if done incorrectly. - Standing cross-crunches are a great finishing exercise that target your abs, obliques, and hip flexor muscles. You’ll get the fat just melting off your body with this set. And again, it’s not that hard to do once you learn the ropes. Just make sure to keep your core and glutes engaged – don’t do it all willy-nilly!
